Wonderful Place

Pros: They helped us during the Hurricane Irma.
Location: Hospital across the street. Restaurants around.
Customer Service was better than I could ask for.

Staff was great .Lost our key no problem just gave us another one ..Chatted with us when hanging in the lobby.

I can not think of a thing I would want to complain about. The room fit my needs, the breakfast was excellent and I loved the perpetual fountain in the lobby that had the television inside it. That alone was worth the trip!

Had a great stay...the staff was exceptional...especially Rose. When out of their way to assist, and all were very friendly. Very clean.

Staff was excellent. They opened breakfast early so high school fishing team members could eat before leaving each morning. Facilities and rooms were excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Room had dusky smell but overall was nice. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfasts were very good and lots of options.

Hotel was adequate and easy to find.

Pros: Location and service.
Cons: The bathroom in 310 was filthy, mold, scum in tub, shower faucet leaked, dirty floor around tub. Dispensers almost empty.
Location: Tavares, FL, we went to Mt. Dora
Other than the condition of the bathroom the room was comfortable and provided the items we required for our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of foods to choose from to start the day.

We had to have our room changed due to a leaky toilet. In the next room, under the bathroom sink where the towels were kept, was extremely dusty. We actually wrote "clean me" in the dust. The room had a musty smell. No extra blankets in the room for my little ones. Requested a crib on Friday night, did not receive a crib or any mention of it until Saturday evening. Not a good stay.

Best Western Plus Lake Country Inn & Suites

This hotel measured above my expectation. The staff were helpful, friendly and generous with their fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The hotel appeared to be newly constructed. The rooms were very clean. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the air conditioner. It didn't seem to really cool. And it was real damp feeling in the room. Didn't report it as we were fairly happy. Will stay there again
