The house is located in the beautiful city of Tavira, land rich in history, culture, architectural heritage, gastronomy and with a wonderful Island (beach).

Located in the center of the city, near the old market and the municipal garden (of the bandstand) and in front of the river Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has recently been requalified to be an attractive pedestrian area, great for walking along from the river to its mouth.

Near the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without having to travel by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Island of Tavira) whose embarkation pier is a few meters.

With its balconies and large windows, this house is great to enjoy and enjoy the river view and the excellent sun exposure it receives all year round. Comfort throughout the house thanks to the heating and air conditioning system. Fully equipped kitchen.

Well maintain property in a very good location in Tavira near restaurants, stores. The shuttle to Tavira Island was not more than 25 yards from our front door!

Very Large Apartment Right on the River
Very large apartment. The check in process was easy. Free parking is about a 5-7 minute walk away. There are three bedrooms and 3 baths. We had everything we needed but the apartment needs updating, but is really a great clue for the money.

Well appointed. Nicely renovated, fantastic location. Quiet at night. Kitchen poorly supplied with wine glasses, mugs small plates but otherwise adequate. The walls and ceiling in the top bedroom were unbearably hot and even with the aircon on was quite uncomfortable. Overall a very enjoyable stay

A really great property in an amazing location. Convenient for everything, especially ferry to the beach! Air-conditioning a definite plus. The manager was very responsive and came back to me within minutes with any queries during the booking process. Would definitely stay again. Kitchen equipment could do with a little updating if you want to be properly self-catering but there are so many good restaurants in the vicinity......

Wonderful apartment , wonderful location
We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this one is a standout! Besides being in the best location in Tavira we appreciated the very good lighting in all rooms and stairways. The beds were comfortable and there was a comfortable area for sitting in the living room. The balconies looking onto the river with the chairs and table were our favourite place to sit and watch the activity around the ferry. There is also an office a few doors down from the apartment which is staffed 24 hours so it is easy to get hold of the managers if necessary. A real gem!
