"Down the steep driveway with my trailer was a feat, but what welcomed us was a country property with fantastic views of the lake. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces set the atmosphere, and kept the children working and warm! "The place smelt of smoke, which we discovered was due to an issue with the fireplace flu not working despite following instructions. In winter, when we were staying this is an issue which hopefully would be addressed. There is other heating but it does not create the same warmth of a fire. The location is pleasant with the local birds and bush creating a private serene stay."
