“We loved our 4 days in Hurford. The place was small but comfortable and set in the most amazing beautiful garden! It was a good base to explore the area, great hiking in the Kataki range, lovely beach at Oakura. Only 20 mins from the Bowl of Brooklands where went to a concert. Highly recommend ”

“Lovely host, very communicative. Had everything we needed and was a nice location by the ocean. The bach itself however was quite run down and had a lot of mold in the bathroom and a lot of flies. It felt like the host was living there and just left before we arrived. Alot of there stuff was still in the bach which was a bit awkward as we didn’t have any room to put our clothes etc. It didn’t feel very clean.”

“Great views. Bach in fairly good condition. Some small maintenance jobs could be carried out. Would like the heat pump/ AC to be working in Winter/Summer too. Extra outdoor chair would be good. Some pots had to be washed before we could use them. Comfortable stay mostly although the single beds weren't great. Would stay again. ”
