Travelled to visit family in the area. Chose as it is close to all highways with easy commute to NYC.

Pros: Close to my family, easy to access.
This hotel is convenient to family in the area. It is easy to get to and I appreciated the free parking. Staff is overall friendly and helpful. My room was fine, other family members did complain about their rooms being damp and staff was supposed to resolve that (don't know what happened..) We had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Hotel, another exceptional Marriott

Cons: Nothing whatsoever.
Location: Close to Englewood for a concert, easy access to I-95
We stayed in this hotel because it was close to the concert venue in Englewood, and we trust Marriotts to be the best. This hotel was another example of why we stay in Marriotts, beautiful environs, friendly efficient staff, exquisite rooms, exceptional in every way.

Convinently located, clean but nothing more.

I needed a hotel near Fort Lee and found this hotel. Close to major roads but it is located in middle of no where. Clean and large room. The hotel staffs were just indifferent- showed no interest in providing any information about the hotel or surroundings. I found Uber drivers in NJ are much nicer than the staffs there. I wondered it was because I booked thought Expedia?

Great hotel and venue for the NPC Atlantic States.

Pros: The gym was excellent. The best I have seen at a hotel. Room cleanliness was perfect. Rooms were also spacious. Great bathrooms. Overall great staff.
Cons: Microwaves in the rooms. Certain staff need to remember they are in the hospitality industry.
Location: Great location. We were there for the venue itself so didn't do much in getting out other than hitting the Cheesecake Factory after the show.
Overall we enjoyed our time at the Marriott Hotel. Despite the large number of people there for a bodybuilding show, they did a great job accommodating and keeping the hotel spotless. The rooms were very nice but did lack a microwave. It was annoying to have to run downstairs to use the microwaves in one of the ball rooms. Overall, the staff was excellent. Very attentive and quick to help out. We did have two run ins with the same employee who really stuck out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the great staff. We had two run ins with a Jason that works the lobby on Sunday morning. When my fiancé asked him where the microwaves that were in the ball room for competitors the day before were, he rudely told her they were gone. She asked if there was a way to heat up her food and he said No in a very condescending way. I had a run in with him an hour later when I asked if I could use the cart for our luggage like we did the day before when we arrived. He said "No we need it for our M Club members." I looked around (it was early and no one was needing his services) and pointed out that there was no one there and it would only take 5 minutes. He said he could not be separated from the cart because the M club members needed him. He was very rude about it. Again, the rest of the staff was very accommodating and polite. This guy was a clown.

We made a booking and arrived to the hotel after 24 hours flight and the hotel told us Sorry your room is sold and we send you to another Marriott. At midnight!!!!! It was very very disappointing. Not professional and not fair.
