The staff members were very kind and helpful and the hotel was very close to the port and metro station walking distance to all the attractions
Friendly staff and nice coffee for breakfast. Very convenient location and everything is around us. I really enjoy my stay!
Amazing hotel. It is an oasis of luxury in the middle of Naples. Best hotel in town. Great staff.
Buen hotel, muy bien localizado,el personal es muy atento y siempre disponible a ayudar
Nice hotel n a decent location with pleasant staff. Rooms are a fair size and housekeeping are good. Breakfast not great -pastries, cereals, fruit, eggs & bread but nothing top quality. Bar is not well attended, has no atmosphere and is small. No restaurant
Location is not very good if you don’t want to use taxis all the time. Quite a climb back to the hotel if you’ve been out sightseeing all day.
The reception and concierge services were exceptional. Specifically, Stephano simply stated, was incredible.
Ridiculous that the pool required swim cap and one had to buy it.
Good place in good area. Very nice breakfast and helpful stuff
