We originally booked one double room and one family and we got transferred out of both of them. The double room had been just recently “fixed” but as we walked in the room smelled like sewage. The family room’s Ac did not work and they could not find another family room available so we had to stay in a double room. The worst part was the first night the hotel did not have electricity for about 3 hours at night, it was impossible to sleep with in rooms without ventilation and 90 degrees weather. I will not go back to this place and would not recommend.

Un día entero la alberca estuvo fuera de servicio. Pobres acabados de la habitación. No brindan toallas para la alberca. Malas formas de responder cuando preguntas en recepción.

Mi gusto todas sus instrucciones, lo único que me decepcionó fue que los bungalows están pequeños, en las fotos se ven un poco más amplios pero en realidad son más pequeños

La aplicación de hoteles mando el correo de reservación hasta mucho después del chek in. Por lo cual no pudieron darme habitación, pues el hotel tampoco tenían la confirmación. Si me cobro la aplicación pero no me dieron el servicio. Una estafa. No pude cancelar por qué mandaron el correo hasta mucho después horario del check in. Y ya había pagado otra habitación
