Poor Review

Pros: Not much
Cons: water in the shower for one thing
Hello, Our stay was for one night. Upon arrival there was no attendant available. After waiting for 8-9 minutes someone arrived and took care of us. The room had an odor of something had burned. The wifi connection had issues with disconnecting. After a morning walk/run we tried to shower and there was no water in the shower. Went to the front desk three different times and waited with no one coming each time. We had to leave and I will be calling the hotel with these issues.

If no one was in the office sometimes we have work that pulls us away from the front desk. There is a phone number on the front desk for you to call if clerck is not there. I took my phone up to the room you were in and it worked ok. To use the shower pull the knob out then select hot & cold. There is also a sign on the front desk for this right where you sign in.

In a pinch it's ok to sleep in

Water didn't work in bathroom , so no showers , 20 in tv. But if you somewhere cheap to sleep, it could be worse.

To use the shower simply pull knob out first then select hot & cold. We just installed 30 new flat screen tvs. We will be getting more. Thank you.

Pet Friendly

Pros: Friendly staff & allowed big dogs
Cons: Beds too hard & pillows new pillows would be nice
Bed was as hard as a rock with uncomfortable pillows.....behind furniture needed dusting, bunnies were accumulated on wiring to TV & lamps, but owner/manager was very friendly and it is a pet friendly hotel, which is getting harder & harder to find

It was horrible

It was awful the rooms were very dirty & had mold there was nothing in your room and didn't even get the room I paid for horrible experience and would not let my dog stay there

Needs more improvement

They need new bed sheets and need to dust every other day. Add wifi and a bigger tv from 19 inch to 32inch but not to bad for last minute deal

We just received a new order of sheets. We do have free wifi. Also we just installed 30 new flat screens tvs. Sorry if your room didnt have one. We will be getting more. Thank you.

Outdated but clean

NEVER EVER AGAIN

Location: great location restaurants grocery store gas dollar store
First the good it was Mathew at the front desk amazing person and the only good thing at this hotel the room was clean but very dated . Now the bad we booked 7 months in advance and two days before our trip we received an email saying we needed to pay more money so my wife called the hotel and was told to pay two hundred more to the hotel and not to expedia or we wouldn't have a room luckily after talking to expedia they agreed to cover the extra cost that being said we heard and talked to other guests there that had horror stories of there own this place is a scam running business the Saturday breakfast was only from 8 till 9 am I'm sorry but I'm going to the nascar race and 8 am is way to late to start a breakfast and a one hour time frame is not expectable at all Sundays brunch LOL was also a joke hot dogs bratwurst sausage potato and kale salad grapes/strawberries bananas dry cereal yogurt very disappointing to say the least coffee that tasted like vanilla gross OJ all served in aluminum trays on a table in the parking lot some food was in the lounge that smelled old dark and dirty its really to bad cause this could be a very nice place to stay as its in a great location close to lots of stuff its just to bad the owners are greedy lying people

Do Not Stay

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First they gave us a key to a room that was occupied already, then we found the room to be filthy with wallpaper coming off the walls. The toilet was broken and when I tried to call to complain, the phone was so filthy it was stuck to the base. I am pretty sure there are bed bugs also. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Though you are complaining about the room, do not say false statement. We do not have any bed bug, even ask to any cleaning lady whoever worked many years here. Of course this is exterior corridor hotel, so bugs can get in whenever people open the door for long time like own home in summer. we always respond immediately whenever guest request things like cleaning or whatever point out.
