"Eight of us (all seniors) had a wonderful 5 days in this magnificent house on the canals. Everything was spotlessly clean and spacious. Great sitting on the verandah decking watching the birdlife and trying our hands at a bit of crabbing with drop nets of the jetty. Lovely setting and would thoroughly recommend a holiday here for all ages at anytime of the year"

"Such a lovely cottage, 4 good size bedrooms and 2 living areas. Back garden and deck area was great to just sit out there and watch all the different birds that visit. Wood fire was wonderful and there was an abundance of chopped wood. The kitchen was well appointed and a good size. We really enjoyed our stay"

"Great little spot. Right on the rivers edge. Nice and quiet. Heaps of bird life. Pelicans, black swans swimming up to our back yard. You can fish and crab right from the property. Canoe up the river. We hired a pontoon and spent a day cruising the river and canals. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Our dog absolutely loved exploring the garden and the neighbours were super friendly. Highly recommend 😁"

The small little things made our stay so nice, the nice fire going as you walk in for the first time, the amount of fire wood supplied is amazing so you can enjoy a few drinks into the night around the fire, the rustic feel is so cool and makes you feel like camping in luxury!!! We love it and have told so many people about it since! Can’t wait to get back!"

"Interesting location, next to a gas station mart thing and right on the main road.. but we didn’t hear any traffic, and the house was cozy. Kitchen is well equipped and the fire place is fantastic!
