“Beds were comfortable, could hear the train but it wasn’t too bad, breakfast was pretty good. They have wrapped egg sandwiches and burritos and a few hot item selections. No coffee maker in the room which was super weird.”

“It was obvious the tension between the 2 women at front desk- it appeared one was training the other, she kept interrupting her- and saying negative things- when we asked to add our IHG account for points she was very rude saying no we cant because you booked through a 3rd party- you should of just booked through us then you'd get your points- reprimanded me like a child. We have never had this rude service before- wont be staying here again.”
