Perfect location, facilities. Nice rooms. Breakfast is quite poor! Bosses and staff quite reluctant, except Polina from reception, who has always been willing to help. On arrival brought to the attention of reception and 2 bosses speaking spanish, cannot remember their names, the TV was not working properly. Every 2-3 minutes went off. The receptionist told me that is a problem of the entire hotel. Those 2 bosses reacted like they do not know anything about it. And promised to resolve the issue. This has happened every day during my 5 day stay. And it has never been resolved. We have every day been misled by management.

Comfortable hotel in a central area of Tel Aviv

Posted Jan 1, 2018
Pros: I liked the modern look of the hotel, it was very stylish.
Cons: It would be nice to get a bigger softer bed. I had two single beds that were placed side by side but I would've preferred a double or queen.
Location: The location is absolutely perfect. Very central to everything you need to see: the beach, the market, shopping, restaurants and night life.
I had a great time staying at the Mercure hotel . It was very centrally located and I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit which were all nearby. The beach was ten minutes away, the market twenty minutes and there was shopping, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby was a nice place to hang out since it had comfortable sitting areas. I didn't use the fitness room but they do have one and they also have a dry sauna which I would've used if I was going to stay longer. They have free wifi and they also offer free calls to 70 countries which is really generous. The breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. They also have coffee, water and juice in the lobby 24 hours a day with cookies and small pastries. This hotel is very accommodating and although not a five star hotel, it is definitely better than most hotels of this size in the area. It is clean, the rooms are spacious and again the style is industrial/modern. I had a balcony that was facing the street but didn't really use it since it was winter but if coming in the summer, it can be practical to sit out there and have a drink. All in all, if you want to stay in a small personal hotel, this is a good choice.

Pros: Location
Cons: Better Breakfast, improve language and communication skills of some staff members.
Location: Close to the beach area and good access to buses restaurants and supermarkets.
I booked this hotel as I stayed in Mercure hotels in England , France and other locations. This one had poor breakfast compared to other hotels in this area of Tel Aviv. Catering and cleaning staff could not speak Hebrew ,nor English. Unless one spoke Russian or Ukranian one could not communicate with them. One notable exception is a young staff member who went to a lot of trouble to print my boarding pass. There is room for improvement to bring it up to the quality expected from the Accor group. I choose this hotel as I needed hotel as it he webpage was stating they have available parking. Unfortunately, when I arrived it turned out that the parking is for very small cars only (170 cm hight) and I was not able to park my car there. The rooms also do not offer iron and ironing board. There is a special ironing room where you have to go to iron your clothes. The receptionist was nice and helpfull. the room was clean and in a good location. However I would appreciate if the hotel presents accurate information on its website or hotels.com

Fine, only frustration was the speed of the lifts. Friendly staff with secure parking
