Good location

Had to change room 3 times tbird time lucky. The first room the shower waste was blocked and safe didnt work and the room overlooked strip club so couldnt sleep all night as men were coming out club all night shouting . I conplained to reception a d they moved to us to a room still overlooking the niteclub! FINALLY they moved us to tbird room which was to the side and it was much better.

Nightmare

Stayed there for 2 nights choosing the most expensive room at Expedia . Checked in early, the only person I felt professional and nice was working at the loby Told me they upgraded my room but not sure how because when I walked in everything looked the same as I booked . first night was quite next day I had drills and hammer making so much noises couldn’t sleep Then they had an event on the roof with loud music that also bothered me and prevented me from falling a sleep . Jacuzzi didn’t work, between the sofa was a lot of food leftovers (wasn’t mine) I contacted the manager when I checked out and told her all this and gave them 3 days by now to make it right. No one contacted me and that’s what bothered me the most (Costumer Service )

The bathroom was so old and dirty... mold in the bathroom... the towels has stains on them. They didn't even have clean towels at the pool to cover the pool chairs. The toiletry was so bad. We had our stuff stolen by the pool. Will not stay there again!

You pay the Price for the Location. In other cities this Hotel would not be worth more than $80 per night.

Hotel needed updating.

Hotel great location to beach. Hotel needs updating. I requested a room for three adults and upon check in was given a room with one bed. Had to deal with that after flying 10 hours. Also requested Expedia to confirm we needed a room for three adults before trip and nobody got back to me from Expedia.

Excellent location for a beautiful walks

Cons: Refurbishing the rooms
This hotel is ideally located along the beach which allows you to walk along the beautiful beach front. The hotel condition is OK but has the great addition of a roof top pool and bar. You won't be spending much time in the hotel as there is plenty to do outside in Tel Aviv.
