Desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. Why is the coffee and fresh water locked during the day? Great location near Shuk and very close to beach. Modest guest amenities, how about leaving a fresh bottle of water nightly or maybe the pretzel bowl on the buffet. Keys are problematic as they control electrical and work haphazardly. Again, staff very helpful, responsive, spirited.

Its Not what I expected of Property Lobby & Layout. Its old Property. No View. Elevator was broken. Staff were nice but not friendly. Not excited to serve you. Photos are lot better than what Property actually is.

the only issue is that getting to reception requires going up the stairs, so if you have heavy bags it is a problem. Otherwise no issues
