Great hotel

Posted Nov 19, 2016
Great little hotel, staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Beach is over the road and near to shops and restaurants. It is by a main road and people do like to honk their horns no matter what time morning and night but it didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep.

Avoid this place if you want style or luxury

Posted Nov 6, 2016
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Breakfast was just awful - no variety and the same every day- they didn't give you butter with the bread and they didn't even give you a plate - no ce
Location: Location was good - right on the beach - but very noisy and not easy to get to sleep
Breakfast was just awful - no variety and the same every day- they didn't give you butter with the bread and they didn't even give you a plate - no cereal and no toast. The man in the Car Park was a complete rip off merchant - over charging us for a 4 day stay and then wanting another 50 Shekels on the last day. No Shaver point in the bathroom - didn't bother re-stocking the mini-bar - and the noise from the street was unbearable

Posted Sep 19, 2016
Pros: design and location
Cons: electricity
Location: on the beach, and by the city center
very friendly staff, great view on the beach, lovely designed suite. appreciated the mini bar a volonte and the bottle of wine every day. the outside could benefit from a bit more care (dried up plants).

Great boutique hotel close to the beach

Posted Jul 11, 2016
Pros: Everything, location the rooms and the staff.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Beach, cafes shops
Staff very helpful when we required an earlier breakfast, and made it possible for us to change the date due to illness.

Shabby Chic

Posted Jul 3, 2016
Pros: View from balcony. Staff really nice & friendly people. Restaurant served really good food.
Cons: Redecoration & cleaning staff need to pay attention to detail. Not do half a cleaning job. Hotel manager needs to give guidance to staff.
Location: Great location central to museums, architecture, beach, water sports, gym equipment, concert halls, cycling paths, markets etc.
In need of TLC. Photos on web site must have been when hotel first opened. Room reasonable, but balcony door didn't shut properly. Traffic noise 24/7. Israeli hobby is hitting their car horns constantly!!! Told on arrival that we didn't have reservation, but. Renaissance across road always have vacancies by receptionist who had coffee stains down shirt & dirty trousers. Obviously had a bad night. Evan car driver came back to check if we had the right hotel. Most of the staff are students.

A small jewel right in front of the beach

Great small - intimate hotel. Just a few rooms and wonderful suites with a terrace overlooking the beach. Bars and restaurants in the area.
