The experience was great. Staff - Kiara, Mark and the person managing breakfast were excellent. Kiara was extremely helpful. She helped with many requests such as I needed a spare charger, arranging early breakfast due to the tours. Hospitality was excellent.

The front door locks at midnight and they would not have let us it after two flight delays before arriving there. The staff was very helpful.

The staff were exceptional. Most places here are small and expensive. Thats Tel Aviv. But the staff made up for it. We would ho back in a heartbeat.

The staff at the hotel were great. We were doing a side trip and they held our luggage for 2 days. There was some confusion on our dates due to the booking company. The hotel resolved the issue and assured us we would only be charged for the one night that we stayed. Hotel was very clean, in a good location and very accommodating staff.

Great location, extremely nice staff, quiet room, nice breakfast and very nice breakfast room staff Julien. Front desk was so friendly and so accomodating. It is a small hotel but comfortable and we asked for a quiet room which we got. Clean and modern. Well situated for going to port, beaches, as well as to nice part of town for shopping and lots of good, not expensive restaurants nearby. Buses also not far away. We stayed a full week.

Slightly disappointed!!
The room was sparse and quite small. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was excellent ,especially Shalom at the front desk and Julian who was in charge of breakfast. We were upset that the English TV channels in our room were not working as we could not listen to the news at night nor day. We complained to Shalom about this. The telephone in our room was also not working so we had to walk to the front desk every time we needed something. We asked for a discount on the room but they refused. We are going to dispute this on our credit card.

It was a cute hotel. The staff was very helpful. It was easy to get around town because it was close to the port and to the beach, but was a little further from the middle of town. The room was very small and didn't have much space to unpack (especially with 2 people). It was nice to be able to take the towels to the beach. The continental breakfast was decent, with pastries, coffee, tea, juice (from concentrate), yogurt, breads, cucumber and tomato.

I loved this hotel and will come back, Shalom at the front desk and the English gentleman that served breakfast were wonderful. The beach is right across the street.

Amazing Place to Stay
Great clean room, working AC, nice bathroom (no tub), TV with few channels but in English, staff super friendly, breakfast superb, close to the beach (and they give a free beach bag with your towel), not easily wheelchair accessible from the outside, chill vibes.

I think this is a very nice property but it is a little far off the beaten track. The services are fine and for the price it’s a great place to be. Rooms are very small and that some of you had to be prepared for it but all in all I would go back there
