We have had a lovely stay at the Ritz Carlton in Herzliya. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated and the ocean views from the room were amazing. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect!
Everything about our stay here was amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room and bathroom were huge and comfortable and the view of the ocean, the city and the beaches was perfect.

We 3 days hunkered down at the Ritz Carlton during the Hamas bombing and the staff treated the guests like family. The food is 5 star, abundant buffets, excellent wines, amazing desserts. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and casual, the room was terrific. Great pool, wines, ok gym, nice lobby area to hang out in.

Probably the best beach resort hotel in Israel.
Stayed for 5 nights. This hotel offers exceptional service from friendly and interesting staff members. The rooms are huge. Starting at about 55sq metres upwards and all seem to have spacious balconies with either beach or marina views. Celebrated my birthday at the hotel (they ask in advance about your type of trip and things that you like). On my birthday,a lovely cake,a bottle of fizz,a frangravt gift,balloons and a sketch of my wife and I from the photo were all lovely touches. Dining room food in the Herbert Samuel was exceptional. This is a luxury hotel at the top end of the price range in Israel and one that we cannot wait to return to in the near future.

I can't believe that The Ritz would lend it's name to a property with such a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. While some of may be a result of the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, the fact is that in our 2 rooms the floors were literally sticky and there was hair in the bathtub.

The deluxe room/ marina view was magnificent. Pool on roof is on the small side but free bottled water and sunscreen was a nice plus. Also champagne on arrival and bottle of wine in the room was 5 Star. Herbert Solomon is top notch dining, but for that price why scimp on no tableclothes for dinner, especially since that is the breakfast room?!?

The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, but for me personally it was a little strange that the doors of the bathroom opened into the stall itself and shower. It was difficult getting in and out. I also heard the winds whistling through the entire night as opposed to it being quiet and soundproof.

Nice location right in the marina with a great steak-house on site. Property is new, rooms are large. We stayed in a suite with 1.5 baths. Only problem with this property is room service. We were there for 6 nights and constantly ordered room service. No matter what we ordered, the kitchen would always mess things up, from not delivering what was ordered, to forgetting napkins, to not being able to make simple pasta for a kid, to taking 1 hour for breakfast. Every room service order became an ordeal and a small adventure. The staff would apologize and try to make things right, so A for problem solving, but C- for attention to detail the first time. Room service lacking proper Q.C. Otherwise, we would stay again and again. Suggestion to management: “Get your act together in the room service department”.
