Staff was courteous. I was called before the trip to assist with any help I might need. Throughout the stay, the staff at the front desk, cleaning and the business lounge was found dedicated.

Very good experience. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Make sure to validate your parking with the front counter. this reduces parking fee by half and allows in and out privilege for the parking garage.

Pros: Location, staff, breakfast
Cons: NOthing
Hotel is in a terrific location, though not close to the beach. Very close to Ibn Gabirol street which has a huge number of restaurants to choose from. Good access to public transportation, including a ~10 minute walk from a train station. Staff is very helpful; one woman at the front desk spoke English flawlessly. Very comfortable, and breakfast is terrific.

Pros: Comfort & cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Within walking distance of Azriely center, Robin Square, Dizingoff Center. Israelis use the hotel because of it's closeness to two fantastic hospital.
Very nice and friendly staff. Shopping center a great bonus. Even though the hotel has great public transportation access, we were able to walk to most places.

Nice little business hotel...

Pros: Location, cleanliness, price.
The hotel is located within the medical complex which makes it convenient for anyone traveling for any medical/health related business. The rooms are new, with modern furniture and decor, bathroom is implacably clean. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant stay the right price. All the Tel Aviv sites are within walking distance and there is a small mall attached to the hotel.

Nice central Tel Aviv hotel.

The hotel is not in the most continent location as far as parking and walking up to the hotel goes, but it is adjacent to a mall which makes it easy to find food or shopping options. It is also close to a hospital so perfect if you are staying close to someone there. I was just on vacation and so found it a serviceable hotel but a bit inconvenient getting in and out quickly. I found the staff to be really great and are one of the main reasons I gave the hotel high marks. Definitely there was room for small changes. The room itself had a comfortable bed and nice amount of space. My only complaint would be that the shower was quite small and a challenge at times. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the comfort of the bed and the staff.

Brilliant little place with a great business lounge. Within a short taxi ride to everything in Tel Aviv. Good sized room (had a club room), definitely worth the upgrade; wine, soft drinks, snacks and more in the lounge!

Great Hotel in Tel Aviv

Pros: comfortable, clean, upscale
Cons: needed a bathroom make-up mirror
Location: shopping
Although we had booked a standard room, the desk clerk upgraded us to an executive suite. It included kitchenette, living room with computer and free wi-fi, huge comfortable beds, walk-in shower. Everything was spotless. The location is in the heart of town, adjoining a mall with mini indoor playground. Staff was helpful and courteous.
