Non existent customer service

Just like every other hotel in tel aviv, don't expect good customer service when visiting Israel for some reason its non existent here. I will narrow it down to two incidents my wife and I had while staying in this "hotel". The morning after we checked in I get a knock on the door at like 9am and its the hotel clerk who hands me a cell phone and on the other end of the line is call from the assistant manager asking why my credit card did not go thru, as I am just waking up I go to look thru my luggage and ask the man on the phone to wait. (the manager was not at the hotel doing his job as he was calling from home apparently) He then proceeds to scream at me that he has no time to wait, and to hurry I need to pay NOW as an "I will kick you out if you don't pay NOW". So then by the time i realize I'm getting yelled at, I look at my account and notice this smart guy has been trying to over charge the room and this is why the bank wont accept the charge since I am overseas and let them know the amount i would spend on the hotel. when I explained this to the manager he hangs up the phone, calls back immediately and (he thinks he's speaking to his helper) tells him to let me stay in the room. So when he realized its still me on the line he hangs up again. Long story short, I hand the phone back to his helper who by the way was very nice and understating and had nothing to do with the rudeness as he was simply following orders. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLCE. also its not clean.
