The Spa at the Hotel Telluride has a steam shower and two outdoor spa tubs, and offers treatments including Swedish, deep-tissue, and hot-stone massages. Beauty services such as facials are also available. Cocktails are offered each evening during summer and winter seasons. Lunch is not served, but guests can walk or take the complimentary shuttle to restaurants downtown.

West End Bistro - Located just off the lobby, the hotel's restaurant offers breakfast each morning and dinner and cocktails each evening during Telluride's high seasons.

The hotel provides ski lockers and complimentary shuttle service to the gondola to Mountain Village, the base of the ski resort. Inside the hotel, the Spa at the Hotel Telluride offers treatments, including Swedish, deep-tissue, aromatherapy, and hot-stone massage; facials; and waxing services. The spa also provides a steam shower and two outdoor spa tubs. The hotel also offers a fitness center.

The hotel is approximately six blocks from the free gondola that leads to the San Sophia and Mountain Village stations, and about three blocks from the San Miguel River Trail, which is popular for running, walking, and bicycling. Telluride's ski resort and an 18-hole golf course are located in Mountain Village, a 13-minute ride up the gondola. In addition, 0.75 mile away, Town Park offers outdoor and covered ice rinks, a Nordic center with Nordic ski track, a sledding hill, a warming hut, and skateboard ramps. Other recreational opportunities in the areas include sleigh rides, four-wheel drive tours, snow biking, backcountry skiing, fly fishing, river rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, horseback riding, and hot-air ballooning.

The hotel is located in Telluride, 1,000 feet below Mountain Village, the base area for the resort. It offers 1,700 skiable acres with 66 trails—21 percent beginner, 47 percent intermediate, and 32 percent advanced/expert—accessible by 12 lifts. The free gondola takes travelers from Station Telluride to Station Mountain Village in 13 minutes. Telluride's highest peak, Gold Hill Summit, has an elevation of 12,247 feet, and the annual snowfall is 325 inches. Snowboarders appreciate the Air Garden's super half-pipe and rails.
