Mislead

This place did not look or feel like a hotel, but rather an over priced hourly motel. My wife and didn't want to walk on the floors without shoes. We immediately checked the bed for bugs. We had been up for nearly 20 hours so at that point all we wanted was sleep. Never again!

We apologize for the troubles experienced. Many of our guests as your self have rather pleasant experiences while staying with us. So, we want to treat your concerns serious and look into what could it be that you have mentioned. We are definitely not an hourly motel, this is a fact. We wish if you could have been more transparent while on your stay with us by simply speaking to our front desk about your concerns instead of staying up for 20 hours!

The Name Fits

I can appreciate the price, friendly staff, and standard amenities. The bed, was economic and so were the pillows which made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. If they would just improve the pillows, it could make a world of difference. The open feel of the halls to the outside threw me off and invited mosquitos, but I guess it is a cheap motel not a grand hotel. What soured my stay was a crusty booger on the shower wall. Pretty gross oversight that guaranteed, for me at least, everything wasn't as it seemed as far as cleanliness. I honestly didn't bother complaing since my stay was for 2 nights only, and I arrived tired and late in the night. Bottom line, I wouldn't stay here again.

Never again

No pool, the carpet is old and drinks, no elevator, the "breakfast" is a joke - coffee, a piece of fruit (maybe), juice and dry, old breakfast rolls in a plastic container.

We apologize for not having met your expectations. You are correct that we do not have a elevator and that we offer only a simple continental breakfast. We do wish that you would have contacted our front desk while on your stay to have expressed these concerns rather than to wait for time of leaving a review. It gives us an opportunity to either assist with any issues to make the stay more enjoyable or also gives us the opportunity to give the guest an option to cancel any remaining nights so they have a chance to find what it is that they are looking for.

Pros: Room was good size.
Cons: Breakfast is what you might get at home when you are in a hurry. Toast, cereal and juice is all you ghet.
Breakfast was basically cereal and juice. Noisy guests made the trip uncomfortable.

Great location but...

Pros: Well maintained, clean, nice decor, good location, pleasant staff
Cons: Sound proofing and air conditioner/heater location
Location: Fallbrook is a charming small town.
My wife & I selected this inn because it was the highest rated hotel in Fallbrook. It has a great location. We at the same hotel many years ago when the inn had different owners. The building is well maintained, clean and the room was nicely decorated. We found that there was significant noise coming in from outside our room. This noise interrupted our sleep. I don't think that the guests in other room were noisy but rather this could be a design flaw in the building. We could hear the TV in the room next to outs as well as people walking down the hall and room doors closing. When we stayed at the inn years before, we experienced the same problem. We found that the air conditioner/heater in the room functioned well and was easily controlled with a remote control. Unfortunately it was located on a wall next to the bed and the air blew down on us. I don't know if the other hotels in Fallbrook are any better than this. I would suggest that a cooperate person from the hotel chain stay a night in the hotel to see if anything could be done to improve these problems.

Good hotel for the price.

Pros: The staff is very nice and friendly.
Cons: New bedding.
Location: Hotel is close to old town temecula.
Sheets had an old closet smell to them and the first night I had to go down to the lobby to get additional toilet paper. Staff was very nice though.

Nice quiet hotel for the most part

It was a nww experience if california not use to the suttleness in California. This area was more calm so that was enjoyable.

Very nice front desk personnel; tried their best to accommodate our requests. Clean front area with basic breakfast, enough to get you going. Clean and quiet room. Location worked out well for our needs. Safe area.

It was nice! We arrived past midnight, yet they were nice enough to accommodate us. We stayed at the location in Fallbrook next to the Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens [<< beautiful place btw], and the key for our initial room didn't work so they switched us to one of their nicest room with balcony without additional charge. :) Thank you guys! Happy bride, happy life.

Nice Hotel. Good for travelers.

Pros: Convenience. Super friendly staff. Very accommodating.
Cons: Listing states "Full breakfast" but is only a continental breakfast.
Location: Small town. Passed several wineries but did not have a chance to check them out as only there for 1 night.
Clean room. Nice for an over night stay. Good staff. Several local wineries to check out. Small town with good restaurants.
