Good Hotel

Location: Location is a bit out of the way but was felt really safe and the local people were really friendly.
Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, room was spotlessly clean.

Walking distance to Grand Tradition

Pros: Close to my event. Friendly staff. Under cover parking.
Cons: I would like to be able to change the thermostate in my room. I didn't see any gage to do that.
Location: Perfect.
I was attending an event at the Grand Tradition on the 4th of July. I arrived early, 2:00pm and was assigned a room immediately. The room was very large, better than I expected. The bed was comfortable, large TV. The desk clerk suggested I walk to the event, due to the traffic after the event. That was the best customer serivce he could have given me. Very much appreciated. Light breakfast items but more than adaquate.

Horrible parking.

Parking is horrible!!! Very small parking lot, if you get there late good luck trying parking and not hitting all the other cars!!!

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Remodel the rooms. Although clean, it could use a facelift.
Location: Quiet area. Near many eateries, grocery stores. The location was convenient to a wedding I attended.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, appreciated the free wi-fi, fridge, microwave, quiet location, staff was friendly.

A Great Value

Pros: staff and cleanliness
I wasnt planning on spending the night in Fallbrook, but everything ran late so i grabbed a hotel. I noticed every rating was met by a friendly response. Showed involvement, and as i was tired, i wanted a place where the owners were engaged in providing me a room. I was not disappointed. Great Room and value. It is not a 5 STAR resort. What it is is a great little place to stay, reasonable, very clean, comfortable bed (at least room #105) at a very fair price.

Lousy sound insulation - the highway sounds like it goes through the room. One window about 20x30. View of the mudflats next door. Cigarette burns on the furniture. All this for $120 a night?
