$80 Hotel with Lipstick
The Econo is fine for a stop over or to grind 2/3 at the casino for a few hours. We stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms which was very clean, very comfortable. The bed was particularly impressive. The food at the restaurant is mediocre, but better than it looks. Bar food with an Asian cuisine twist. Wildly overpriced, which is how I felt overall about the hotel. They generally charge $120 a night but this is an $80 hotel at best. We arrived super early and they didn’t allow early check-ins regardless of the parking lot being completely empty and the casino only running 5 tables (not busy). Generally, I found management to be aloof and unhelpful, but again it’s an $80 hotel with lipstick.

They gave me someone else's room when I first checked in . The lady at the front desk made a comment that their "system had been doing that". Seems pretty sketchy from a security standpoint considering this is attached to a casino. The main building decor is really dated, but it's overall fairly clean.

old place that is slowly upgrading with casino atmosphere and with good food and service , the room in the main building was in rough shape, they moved us up to rear building for extra money but had been upgraded, and good, exterior and grounds need overhaul now, hopefully they will keep on with the remodel, i like staying there when i am racing at elsinore

Not again!!!
The hotel was run down,carpet in hallway was filthy. Room had odor of mold. Definitely not worth the money. Think twice before booking.they advertised breakfast it was behind the checkout counter coffee and Orange juice not very welcoming..

This property is attached to a casino/poker room. It is very dated property but still kept up as much as reasonably practicable. The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly as was all of the staff (restaurant/bar). The room was clean but the carpet and paint in hallways to rooms was dirty and dated.

This place was terrible from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk lady ruined the stay even before it started. My room was $150 per night which I I paid at check in. I was then asked to pay another $150 deposit. I was absolutely chocked at how high of a deposit that was. When I said “it’s another $150 to check in?” The lady responded with the most rude tone “it’s Lake Elsinore and everyone destroys the room.” I didn’t realize we were at a college spring break party town. The hotel itself is complete trash and feels like a halfway house. Disgusting!

The room was very outdated and not cleaned well. We could not shower because the tub was dirty and had old hair under the mat. The bathtub would not hold water. The room smelled like mold and we had to leave the windows open most of the stay. We could not walk on the floor without shoes or socks because the carpet was sticky. Not impressed. The pictures on the website were not what I was put into.

Nothing is unique about the property. Room was bare, with no decor. Strong cleaning product smell could not cover the foul smell from extremely old carpet. Washing sink water temperature was unstable with low water pressure.

The Econo lodge in Lake Elsinore is old and dirty. I know it’s not the staff because of the condition it’s in, it has to be management. There was a roach underneath the floor towel in the bathroom. I will not stay there again.
