The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was kept in tip-top condition. We had a good rest. The only thing I disliked about it was that the soundproofing wasn't good. We got in really late and went to bed around midnight, but I could hear heavy footsteps jumping/stamping from the floor above us for at least 5 minutes which was disturbing. But that's the only thing!
