Grandson visit

Pros: Everything. Clean room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Great happy hour!!!
Cons: Not really. Sometimes a little pricey, but overall excellent.
Location: You have old town, restaurants, interstate nearby, and of course, the mall for those who like to shop along with other shops.
I love this hotel. We stay there every time we come to Temecula. Only one time I didn't and regretted it. It is quieter than the other hotels on the blvd and I feel very comfortable and safe there. The staff is great, our room was always clean and neat, and the breakfast was as always excellent. I would recommend this hotel more than the others there on Jefferson. Will continue to stay there when I come.

Nice and clean hotel

I had a great time. The only issue was with my key on the first day. I had to go three times to the reception, but once they changed the card, everything was fine.

Hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed the early evening Manager's complimentary special.

There are no excuses for a lack of cleanliness. We normally receive high scores for cleanliness, but we were not up to or near standard during your stay and for that I do apologize. Your review was shared with the staff and preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards revisited with staff members.

100.00 room for seemingly urine puddle on toilet

I made a mistake by thinking all Holiday are created equal.The bathroom had a yellow sticky puddle at the base of toilet. That to me indicates that it has been like that for awhile. The floor had long black hairs and short ones. I checked the sheets on the bed. They seemed to be clean. I brought it up to the attention of the night attendant. I asked her to come see the room. She said she could not leave the front desk. Then in the morning I showed the pic of the toilet to the day manager. I believe her name is Ms Morgan. She did apologize. 100.00 fee for a room that was not cleaned well does not make me happy. I will not stay there again. It makes me wonder what else was not cleaned properly.

I do want to let you know that the housekeeper and housekeeping supervisor were spoken to and reprimanded for the condition your room was upon arrival. While the clerk did offer to change your room, I do understand that this is not always convenient, After speaking with you I did make an adjustment to your credit card. Thank you again.
