I like the area. Rented the best room in the place. $450 Chardonnay suite. That was really nice. I was not informed that the wedding party was right below us. We didn’t get to sleep till the party was over at 3:38am. I was there for my wife’s birthday with no kids for once. Didn’t get any sleep. I ordered a bottle of champagne the day before to have in our room but was not there when we arrived. I called and they brought up a warm one to top it off. I informed them of what has all occurred during our stay. They gave me another $22 complimentary bottle of champagne for our inconvenience of loosing sleep and making my wife feel so special on her birthday with a warm bottle of champagne Lol. Thank you so much. Ridiculous.

A Wonderful Stay but for a few small details.

We stayed 2 nights. The only issue with the standard king room is there is not a comfortable place to sit in the room. If you want to sit and watch TV you get in bed but there are not adequate pillows to prop yourself up to be comfortable. Add a couple of large stuffed pillows you could use to prop yourself up. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable to sleep in, gas fireplace, beautiful bathroom with soaking/jetted tub and nice patio to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. My next request is to have a morning coffee station available with real cream or vanilla creamer. There is a little coffee pump pot outside the breakfast area on the first floor with small cups and powdered creamer. Add a little personal fridge next to the table and have cream and a vanilla flavored creamer inside. Have the same sweetener choices you have at breakfast. The pump pot could be larger as well. You might even locate this in the lobby so you get the opportunity to great your guests in the morning when they come for coffee, (7am to 10AM) rather then hide it back in that first floor hall. Last pet peeve is have real jam for breakfast. Gape and mixed fruit jelly packets is what I would expect at a days inn. Pick a local jam producer and partner with them for a good cost to you and quality jam at your table. Raspberry and strawberry are all you need. These are a few small details that cost little but add a higher level of quality to the stay.

Beautiful rooms with great views. Felt like we were in Italy.Staff and service was wonderful. We will stay there again. Only one complaint I went to the front desk to buy a bottle of wine at about 8:00 and I was told they didnt have any, and I could go to QFC down the road. A bit odd since it is Winery . So I did purchase any wine.
