Hot tub needed servicing

I booked here because the hotel offered a hot tub in the room. Unfortunately , on my first night I filled the tub to use it but when I ran the pump a lot of sludge/soap scum. I complained to the desk clerk the following morning and was assured that they would get the tub cleaned that day. When I ran the tub on the 2nd night the same thing happened!. I could clearly see that the maI'd had done a good job of cleaning the Jets out but unfortunately I believe that the contamination was in the pump lines not the Jets and would require more attention than the maid could give it. I did not complain further but was ubable to safely use the tub for the 4 nights I was there. I will return to the Hampton Inn and suites on my next visit to Hemet as it cost the same money , no hot tub IN the room but as I was unable to use it here anyway I would rather be in the better quality hotel.

Nice Enough but disappointed too.

Pros: Evening staff. Free breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Graveyard and morning office staff. Drainage issues. Maintenance availability.
Location: Hemet unfortunately is less than desirable place on the main strip, Florida Ave. Seeing family, don't know that there is much to do.
Room was better than expected, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Graveyard and morning staff were not the friendliest or helpful, but the evening lady was very pleasant, wish I could remember her name. Only complaint, tub clogged, when I discussed it with the graveyard staff she said I would have to wait till maintenance at 9 AM. I asked if I could just have another room, it would be hours before they could get to it, without even considering or looking she said no within seconds. After the tub was unclogged, later that evening the toilet stopped up! Figured why bother mentioning it, I would be waiting till 9 AM anyway and I had a flight that morning.

Weekend getaway

The staff were very friendly and accommodating . Considering that this town does not for the most part have new hotels, this hotel even though older, was adequate for our stay. The room was clean, although there was a stain on one of the beds coverlets, the beds and pillows were comfortable. All in all our needs were met, nothing fancy, but provided nicely for our needs.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff.

Pros: Secure, nice rooms and elpful staff.
Cons: Have an exercise room.
Location: Central location to restaurants & entertainment.
Nice Hotel, the staff went out of their way to assist with any needs and questions I had. I like it enough to book a room for most of next week.
