Weekend getaway

The staff were very friendly and accommodating . Considering that this town does not for the most part have new hotels, this hotel even though older, was adequate for our stay. The room was clean, although there was a stain on one of the beds coverlets, the beds and pillows were comfortable. All in all our needs were met, nothing fancy, but provided nicely for our needs.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff.

Pros: Secure, nice rooms and elpful staff.
Cons: Have an exercise room.
Location: Central location to restaurants & entertainment.
Nice Hotel, the staff went out of their way to assist with any needs and questions I had. I like it enough to book a room for most of next week.

I booked a room near Dessert Hills Outlets. They gave us a room 30 minutes drive away from the outlets. The bathroom is terrible.

Overcharged by Staff

I was charged $10 twice on my credit card for requesting a room change. I agreed to the fee but when I received my credit statement I had two (2) $10 charges on my statement.

Budget Friendly!!!

The hotel was very nice and the only thing that I had a problem with was the ants in the bathroom shower.

Working in hemet

Only thing I have to say negative about the hotel is that the bed could be a little bit more comfortable, and the head board is in the wrong place to lye in bed and watch tv

I booked and paid for a non-smoking room but was told when I got there (late at night) that they no longer have any non-smoking room. Took the room just so I could rest as was really tired. The room smelt filthy as you would smell it if youre non-smoker. Had to endure the smell for the rest of my stay. Was not pleased at all!!!!! Never again!!!!!
