Don't stay

Phone in room didn't work, refused to let me use desk phone. Repeatedly reported tub/shower malfunction with no accountability. Front desk staff were the rudest I have EVER dealt with. I repeat phone in room didn't work and REFUSED to let me use use desk phone! ( I did not have cell phone)

The staff is terrible.

Night front desk clerk don't know how to perform his job. I have to come back three times to get my key rekeyed. When I asked who park I front of my room he said I don't know.

Pros: Quiet
Location: Downtown is easily in driving range.
Good place after hard day work. Good place to clean up, get to somewhere for dinner, and back for the night.

Absolutely horribly gross

Cockroaches, mattress warp, hair entwined in clean towels, shower dripped, owner very rude. Overall place was disgusting, gross. Never again will we stay here. This place needs a new owner and overhaul. Expedia drop them from your site.I'd be embarrassed.

Broken not fixed.

Many things in the room were broken. The front door did not properly close and couldn't be locked.

Their were bugs in room. Room smelled bad I would never recommend this room or site to another person

Rates do not matter!

The room had bad carpet, spiders in the corners of the ceiling and in the rest room the spouts were coming apart. The room had a coffee maker but no pot to pour the liquid from. The wifi password changed from day to day without notice. Also in the restroom the tub felt like it was going to fall through. We asked for a move out receipt but they said not possible. Asked for places to eat and they said "up the road". Not sure up where or what road. Not a good experience for my work and my family.

The place is very old, and needs some updating. I had spring coming out of the mattress and the linens were old and shabby. The pillows were terrible, very lumpy. The toilet backed up and overflowed onto the floor in my room. Very little food offered for the "continental grab/go" breakfast. I did like the location for being convenient to my family and where I needed to go. Also the restaurant was very good and so convenient.

Was just ok

The hotel is old but has some upgrades, nothing special. Amenities are to be expected for a 2 star hotel. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. For the price it is an OK place to stay for a night. Bed was old and a little uncomfortable. We have stayed in the econo lodge across the street and it is better however the road noise there is louder than here. If you do stay here ask for a room towards the back because it is quieter.
