The guy at the front desk is horrible to deal with. The breakfat is bananas and sunny delight, coffee and rolls.

Pros: They had the lowest price in Fallbrook.
Location: Fallbrook is a pleasant community - looks like a good place to retire if you can afford it. There is an outstanding public library.
Check-in experience was OK. I needed some help with WiFi connection but downlink rate good once connected.

I reserved Hotels with breakfast, wasn't breakfast on week day finally on weekend they gave coffee, juice, bananas, apples and cookies.

Horrible Hotel and Staff

Location: Not much to do in the location, but that's not why we were traveling
I booked my room through Expedia and had problems checking in. Then was charged $20 for an additional guest, when it was stated in an email from Expedia that it was only $5.00 extra per additional guest. Poor attitude from staff, told us if we didn't like anything to go to Comfort Inn. Once finally checked in, the front desk clerk made us move my truck and trailer across the street and stated the parking lot is for customers with single vehicles. By the way there was plenty of parking. Overall this place is horrible, DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

Schönes Motel in guter Lage

Schönes Motel in einer guten zentralen Lage in Palm Desert. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool ist sauber und kann 24 Stunden benützt werden. Zimmer sind geräumig und ganz nett eingerichtet und haben einen Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

False Advertisement!

Everything was good but the customer service for the false advertisement of no breakfast! The gentleman didn't seem to care about the added expense of the fact I told him one of the reasons I chose this hotelnwas for breakfast! Wasn't even offered juice. A shout out to housekeeping, they do an excellent job! The shower knob was a struggle to use and to get hot water! Close to the Camp Pendleton entrance I needed.

Affordable stay for tournament

Pros: It was very clean. You an tell its not a new place but they clean it well.
We were in Southern California for a baseball tournament. I didnt want to spend $250 a night for a room near the ocean and was willing to drive a ways to save some money. Our room was upgraded from a queen bed to a king and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and didnt smell funny like some motel rooms do after being closed up. The gentlemen in the office were both very friendly and polite. We were only 20 minutes away from our tournament but it was so worth the drive for the savings and the quiet, nice room.
