Better signs & customer service, would be perfect

This place could be awesome. But the first and worst issue is that it has horrible wayfinding. While lost myself, I met two older couple who's been wandering for 20+ minutes trying to find the restaurant.
The room was lovely but the air conditioner was erratic and difficult to adjust. The patio door never truly closed and maintenance, though alerted, never showed up.
The towels are set for a single occupant so my guest and I called for extras; those also never appeared.
Kind of disappointing given that the setting is so lovely.
