Property was close to activities I was engaging in near the area. Greens on golf course were gorgeous, very quiet at night. Clean but could be updated with finishes. Plenty of space in the rooms. Cork Fire restaurant was delicious.

Fantastic location! Beautiful views from our room of the mountains and golf course. The hot air balloons were really close and beautiful. Great dining right on the property. There are pretty gardens, and best of all, they are dog friendly. Great spot, we’ll be back!

The must have put us in a room for animals because the floors were stained to high hell, the bathroom was falling apart. Not a super nice stay.

I love the cleanliness and the size of the rooms. I don't like the fact that the property is located right next to the freeway. The freeway sound was disturbing.

We were there for the night for a work party. So we booked a room. We woke up at 1:30 am with upstairs guest walking and jumping and talking loudly d. Called the front desk three times until they did something about it. We were almost checking out in the middle of the night. Horrible experience. The property is old and the bath tub was so dirty. Overproced inexperienced staff The restaurant for breakfast was good.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The walls are thin and we had a group upstairs playing loud music and can hear their voices even through the walls well after midnight so it was hard to sleep. Eventually, either a staff told them to be quiet or they fell asleep but the noise stopped. Otherwise, a great location and facility.

I don’t think the value was there for what we paid for the executive garden view room. We received a bottom level room right by the elevator and it overlooked a small hill of weeds and a slight view of the pond. We couldn’t even see the golf course. The gardeners woke us up by blowing at 5:45am on a Sunday. It was our anniversary and overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Family Celebration
Our trip was good service at the restaurant was good and so was the food. The rooms were also good with plenty of space in the double room the bathroom looks like it might need a bit of a remodel soon but overall functional. Views of the golf course was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this place again.

Golf hotel. Not up to resort standards. Day golfers crowding the parking areas. No late chk. outs when we were there. Tub only partially drains. Toilet seat loose. Needed a little touch up maintenance. Nice personnel. Good food at the restaurant, great vegetation and surrounds.

Not a four star hotel…..
I had high hopes for this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and my kids and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend. First of all, this hotel is NOT accessible. So be prepared to lug your bags up the 1970’s concrete stairs and not catch your door and trip. We got to the room which was in very bad condition. The armchair was wet and the entire room smelled very bad…even my kids remarked that the room had a stale odor. The AC worked okay, although even with it running full blast it was impossible to get rid of the room’s foul smell. The armchair was damp and the carpets were absolutely filthy. The bathroom had no fan and the bathtub was chipped in several places. I’m am not sure how this hotel received a four star rating. Customer service was terrible as well; we were told we could not switch rooms due to the hotel being at full capacity the first night and absolutely no help with bags or anything of the sort. After leaving the screens open all day and the ac on to air out the room, the stale smell of the room was still ever present. We requested to be moved to another room, and despite us being the only car in the parking lot we were once again told that the hotel “was at full capacity”. The hotel did send a maintenance engineer to look at the AC, which apparently was fine just not able to keep up with the room. The engineer suggested we request another room, so once again I asked the front desk and they said we could switch room, which never happened.

The rooms a little outdated. Can use more comfortable beds. However, the view, the area is so beautiful and tranquil. I would definitely come back. The breakfast at the restaurant was also superb.

I didn't like the fact that i didn't understand why they allowed an afterpary of like maybe 10 people continued for 2 hours till i complained to shut it down at 2am when i was sure everyone else in the lobby could probly hear the noise. i was in room 237 witch is in the same building atleast 100 feet away from the lobby for that reason i gave the resort a 1
