They should really have a 0 star option. I normally don’t mind some noise but people were up and down the hallways running, shouting or just hanging out in the middle of the night. First impression when we parked was “let’s go to another hotel”. Never again am I staying at this hotel. A lot of undesirables and crackheads just hanging around their cars. This is just the outside of the hotel. When we built up the courage to check in next horror was the hotel room itself. I requested for non smoking and of course got a smokers room. The walls were dirty, the bathroom door looked like someone punched it a few times. The floor was sticky and no power outlets to charge my phone. do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE.

I found shards of crack pipe in the bedside drawer, shards of crack pipe on the chair next to the coffee table, I found receits and trash dating back 3 months. We requested a non smoking room and turned out that is not a thing at this place. All the rooms were being smoked in, even the non smoking. Staff does nothing to stop the commotion and partying that occurs all night, this place should be condemned.

Entrance door & bathroom doors were stained and in serious need of replacement or serious paint jobs. Room, furniture & bed were very clean & new!

My advice is to not stay at this property! Dirty facility. People doing drugs in the halls Cigarette burns on the furniture and the permanent cigarette smell coming from my Non-smokers room. Broken non-functional toilet. Sympathetic but unhelpful staff. Currently working on processing a refund because i did not stay here after seeing the facilities. You have been warned!

Worst place I have ever stayed, mold in the bathroom sounds of shouting, fighting and glass breaking all through the night that woke me up in fear multiple times. I had a reservation for 3 nights due to being close to a I’ll family members home not knowing the conditions and asked to cancel immediately was told can only get a refund for 2nd and 3rd night so I stayed the night and not only did I never receive that refund as of 7 days ago now. This stay was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Stains on chairs, broken dresser, damaged remote, bedding low quality and unsavory people. Checked out 3 hours after check in. Front desk charged a $60 cash deposit at check in that was not mentioned in advertisement? The clerk wrote my credit card number and pin on a piece of paper for the $60 room deposit? I didn’t feel safe.

My stay was horrible. One of the closet doors was broken and was just laid inside of the closet. There was a hole where someone punched the inside of the bathroom door. There was balls of hair on the floor. Not a quiet place at all. So many people around the premises all night long. There was a large hole in the middle of the sitting chair. This was not worth the 120$ at all. Such a disappointment.

Next to Dennys on busy Florida St. I'm used to Hilton brands. The conditions were not good. Not friendly check in. Early to arrive. Had to pay extra $20 to get into room one hour early. Even the soap is bad! Clean sheets but walls and furniture very shabby.

This hotel mostly caters to the local drug addicts. I booked my room two weeks in advance and they could not give me the smoking room I asked for because they had overbooked themselves. The outside of the place is just full of garbage. I would definitely not stay there again.

Scary place-A lot of people on assistance. I was in Room 207-Good deadbolt but catch lock busted. Parking appeared so limited I almost gave the key back and left .$60 cash deposit required- ask for a receipt-Was returned next morning but won't if you lose your receipt. Almost slept with a knife nearby. Wog male manager threatened me by intercom or similar device from his office.

The room was in desperate need of painting. There was a large amount wood rot on the wood frame in the bathroom. The chair in the room was so dirty and stained. There were only two very small and thin towels and one washcloth in the room. The hair dryer did not work, and the hotel did not have another for us to use. The noise in the evenings was so loud with doors slamming all night. It appears most of the people staying there were those who had vouchers from the government. There were some pretty sketchy people hanging around. The parking is so inadequate for the number of rooms and most of it is in a dark area behind the building.

This is the worst hotel I ever been Ugly, too old with no remodelation at all, paint faiding, broken parts, people making noises all night with music, talking loud, comming in and out all night Looks like a horror movie hotel Stay away from this hotel, honestly it is TERRIBLE!

The guy there told me that the card machine “broke” and they only took cash? When I asked what the price was for the room he told me that it was 160 after I looked what the prices was on good and hotels.com. I decided to get the room through the app because I didn’t trust him and didn’t want to pay double to triple. He then told me that we had to wait 25mins. I decided to stay at the window and 5mins later saw on his screen of scribble that looked like my name and called the guy over again. He told me that he didn’t see it there and I questioned him. He then asked for my ID and came back and said it was there. I do not trust that hotel and think there should be an investigation into him.

We were in town for my fathers funeral & our family rented out 5 separate rooms. We walked into our room that looked like a fight club was happening there. Holes in the walls, chewed up furniture, dirty arm chairs so bad I went & bought a sheet to put on it so my husband could sit there, & 2 more sets to put over the bed because my daughters bed felt like it had sand in it. Hotel was sold out & nothing could be done. Outside the front of the room where the grass was- there was so much dog poop it stunk so bad. My nieces room key card didn't work and they were told to have the maintenance guy open the room for them, she then went back to the front where they told her they couldn't give her a new card for the room and that they needed to have maintenance open the room for them if they wanted to leave. She then wanted a refund to go somewhere else, they told her since she stepped inside the room they couldnt. Room had a broken window, electrical outlets were broken and wires were exposed, nothing had plates/covers, stains all over the walls. Utterly disgusting. She couldn't even let her 13 month old crawl around the floor because the outlet wires were exposed & dangerous. We thought being right next door to Denny's was super convenient, & we never even went. I cant understand how places like this stay in business. How has the County not stepped in & regulated these dangerous rooms. We watched someone slice tires on a car behind the building where the window faced. DONT BOOK HERE

WORST HOTEL
This was the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel experience ever!! We had family different families staying here and each of us had awful rooms! The hotel was dirty, holes in walls, fixtures were broken, bed bugs… and not mention the sketchy people outside yelling and fighting all night! Security or front desk just stood around allowing it
