Do not let the price deter you. This is a very nice place. The owners & staff are kind & efficient. I suggest not going through Expedia. If possible. You will probably get a better rate from the owners. It's worth checking.

The staff was amazing, but the condition of our room was not great. The door to the bathroom had been kicked in and it was held together with staples. None of the lights aside from the single light over the bed worked. There was a guest in the room above mine on a meth bender throwing things at the floor and yelling. The price is inexpensive, but due to the issue listed I can't recommend this property.

No heating, no hot water, no soap, no shampoo, very strong smell of cigarettes that even my clothes and blankets were smelling like it. Had to stop to a laundry to wash everything before going home. Room had broken furniture, mattress that you sink into. Stay because didn’t had another option my drive home was still 3 hours. wouldn’t recommend specially with kids.

The property is old and poorly maintained. A drawer in the dresser was missing though we did not use the dresser. The room was painted in some places but there were spots of paint. We may have been assigned where the maids were staying so there was talking throughout the night with loud voices and some crying. We did not use the heater nor the air conditioning but it did not look good.

I guess it’s a step up from living in the field next door. No towels, no shower curtain, the shutter blinds are all broken or lose, dressers are crap and the bedspreads suck.

Broken frame and dirty window in the bathroom, old cracked chopped furniture, extremely old , chopped, rusted sink, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee maker, old gray from age towels. The only good thing there- good powerful water in the shower, hot water comes right away and its really hot!

We were given an upstairs unit, but the room next door to ours had a busted frame from where the door had been kicked in. So we asked for a downstairs unit and was told we would have to pay an additional $15. We paid and the room was deplorable. The furniture was thrift shop throw aways. There were several kids in the unit above us who were noisily playing and running in the room and walkway. We saw undesirables arguing in the parking lot and transients making camp at the entry to the parking lot. We stayed in the room for about 15 minutes and went back to the registration window and asked that our registration be canceled . We were told that they couldn’t cancel it because we had booked online and we would have to go online to cancel. They did return the $15 cash. We paid $11 cash for our 13 lb dog that was with us. They accused us of having two dogs, and not the one and would not return the pet fee. So we left and we were lucky enough to find a motel down the street that was pet friendly and had a room available.

Don’t waste your time or money
I didn’t even stay. When I arrived they said they had no record of my reservation. They were very rude. I showed them my confirmation and they insisted I didn’t make the reservation. I ended up having to search for another hotel in the area.

Dirty, old and smelly room. I remote control for TV, no toilet paper. The door to the bathroom did not lock, the door had two holes, the microwave was old and dirty. The mattress was super hard, the sheets were old and dingy. Would never stay at this hotel ever again.

My key did not work. There was a room with its door open and three people dancing to loud music on the balcony. At 2:30pm someone below my room decided to renovate the room. There were noises of construction and door slamming for the next hour. I requested non smoking but was placed in a room that was 90 plus degrees and smelled of smoke.

The room was clean but didn't look anything like the pictures. The bed was super squeaky. Any movement on the bed and it would shake and make a lot of noise. The bathroom had insects and bugs crawling around the window and toilet. The walls were very thin and the neighbors next to the room were very noisy for most of the night. The area that the hotel was in was also not a very safe place. I was on alert just walking to my room from the car since even the parking lot had some sketchy people walking around. Would not stay here again.

What I did not like was the fact some of these motels look like they have not been inspected - operating when they should not be operating. Also - Vegabond - I booked a room with 2 beds - they gave it away when I showed up to obtain my room - only had a room with a single bed. Not good!

When we got to the motel, we noticed that the dumpster was in front of the building over-flowing with trash. It looks like a homeless encampment. We were upstairs and I was afraid to touch the rails. The stairs themselves were caked in mud. The room was gross. Everything needed to be replaced-tub, toilet, sink. Without anyone taking a dump, the toilet overflowed. There was toilet water all over the floor. So I tried their phone to call the office--broken!! I went into the office to get help--no one came out. I rang it a few times. I called Expedia to get a refund. NO REFUND!! So, I took their damn door card in, rang the doorbell like 20 times til someone finally came out and I put the card in the window and told him off. Oh, and pet friendly? No place to take your pet to do their business. I'd give this place zero stars. Stayed at Travelodge the next night and it was PERFECT.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
First, the hotel has homeless camping outside their business, second, it is rundown, the pictures of this place are YEARS outdated, third, the room was barely cleaned, the pillow cases were filthy, the pillows WERE YELLOW (due to bodily fluids) the window shutters where sticky and broken, and the towels had human hair still, as if they were just hang dried but not fully washed. It was just a mess of a place.

This place is totally rundown with long term renters. It’s noisy all night and day, very stressful. Walls are thin. Towels have oil stain smell. Bed cover has cigarette holes. Battered furniture in the hallway. Bring your own shampoo. If you are a light sleeper, stay away.
