I love this property, in general was very clean and nice, the only thing that i didnt like was the pool, we want to use it dosnt matter was cold , but wasnt clean had a lot of small leaves inside and the carpet in the receiving at the right when you get inn was dirty with Marks on the floor. the rest was perfect. I will comeback.

Know what you're getting into.
This isn't really a hotel, more like a big house containing several suites for rent, with a shared kitchen and living room area. It's like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. It's very new and clean, but was still under construction during our stay. Also the pool and hot tub were filled with dirt and grass and the hot tub was totally cold. We paid a lot of money to be able to use those features and weren't offered any sort of refund for them being unusable. The bed was new and comfortable, but it's not a very great place to get "romantic" because any noise you make in your room echoes through the main area of the house even if the bedroom door is closed. Speaking of which, our bedroom door had to be forcefully shoved closed and then lifted up in order to get it to latch securely. There's no one on site full time, so you need to schedule someone to meet you there upon your arrival. Ariana was very nice and friendly, but the idiosyncrasies of this property would probably prevent us from returning.

The property was beautiful and the room was nice. The property manager was nice. The water takes about 5-10 minutes to get hot. I will stick to actual resorts or hotels where loud guests can be dealt with, as no staff or anything is on site. The first few nights were good and peaceful but the last night new guests checked in and took over the house and were extremely loud.

There was no one at check in- only a p phone number to call and then we tried reaching him later because they said to call them to turn the Jacuzzi on and got no response. And the other tenants are people they were staying there came in late at slamming doors and woke us up twice. Your place as a possibility of being a really nice place yesterday to get a few things tightened up play the response time to text or phone calls for request and doing something about notifying. The people are staying there to respect for the people stay there as well.
