A night iot two only

This motel suited my needs for a night or two but staying for 6 nights was too long for comfort. Not very large rooms & not much of a lobby to sit in

Decent hotel

Pros: Close to race start/finish and close to airport
Cons: location
Location: Situated on a major intersection and under a highway overpass. Nothing to do nearby except the Gentleman's club across the street. You need a car.
Close to the Rock and Roll 5K race start and finish. Quiet. Clean. Must have a car if you want anything more than Starbucks or Denny's. Gentlemen's Club across the street but no problems. Construction and large intersection close but didn't interfere.

Quick check in lady at desk very friendly had lots of laughs. The rooms were clean an beds comfy. The breakfast was there but not too plentiful an morning girl didn’t fill things that were empty. The only thing I can complain about was carpets really needed to be cleaned.

pictures don’t tell the whole story.

We purchased the hotel stay as part of a package. When we arrived they had 2 room left. Both were unacceptable: across from breakfast room and next to elevator/stairs. We suffered through the first night with uncomfortable beds, tiny pillows and lots of noise. We were told there was nothing to be done. Contacted Expedia but would have paid a penalty to move hotels. We will not stay there again.

Bad choice

Fly in from Detroit on 12/31/2017. Drove a Tahoe with a trailer attached with a golf cart on the trailer. Got there checked in around 7pm customer service was awful young girl had a attitude. Around 12:45 am we got back to the room there was no parking any where. My husband ask the lady was it ok to keep are truck parked where we were she said management will probably call to get it towed in the morning. 10 min after we got in bed the front desk call the room and tell us we have 5 min to move our truck. My husband ask where to park the lady said on the back wall. My husband go to park it and it has signs saying tow away zone. My husband come back and told the lady he not parking in a tow away zone. She got irate with him and told him she calling the police after telling him he need to shut up and move. My husband is a disabled Vet. Well the police came and we got put out our room with no refund all because we refuse to park in a tow away zone. On New Years Day 2018 at 1:20am

check in takes long

room is fine... but check in takes long and they don't call you even though they said they would. Service is fine too, they just slow at everything else.

It was a good location for easy access to the zoo and the airport. Staff was very nice bed were comfortable and clean. would go back to this hotel

the hotel offer good service including free breakfast buffet. clean and free of smoking room. many offer such as business conference needed, free wifi, and etc. excelent and satificate. thanks

Location: Located in Tempe/Scottsdale/Phoenix area near lots if restaurants and attractions
We chose this hotel because it was close to and offered transportation to and from the airport. What a pleasant experience we had! Sarah checked us in quickly and answered our questions efficiently and in a friendly manner. When she mentioned the free breakfast and we said we were flying out before it started, she arranged for breakfast bags for us, which consisted of a bagel, cream cheese, an orange, a nutri-grain bar, yogurt and utensils!! Sarah also assisted us in printing our boarding passes from the hotel computer. All of this at no extra charge! The hotel has complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby all the time. It was clean and well maintained. In the end, we wound up not using the transportation because we decided to just turn our rental car in when we went to the airport in the morning, but they did offer it 24 hours. It is not a shuttle, though, they use Uber Business now and we were told that they can order any size vehicle to accommodate bags and such. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay anywhere in this area!
