Pros: The friendly staff. Televisions in the lobby since there were so many football games. The lobby area is very comfortable and a great gathering place.
Cons: Our room was small, that can't be changed. I do feel the sleeper sofa should be identified as a single sleeper in the description of the hotel.
The property was in good condition since it is being renovated. We did experience some minor inconveniences due to the renovation, no lobby restroom, elevator not useable for one day. Our room was very clean, everything appeared to be new. The "sleeper sofa" is actually a twin size, not double. The bathroom sink area was the biggest draw back, it was very small, no room for toiletry and make-up. In the morning I requested more towels, they were not delivered. I called again in the afternoon, they were delivered after a delay. The lobby staff was very accommodating and friendly. The small breakfast counter had a good selection of tasty items. The cooked items were delivered in a timely manner. Parking is easily accessible. The location is centrally located, we walked to the ASU football stadium, and to restaurants.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION AS OF AUGUST

There is construction, it is annoying. Only one elevator unless you want to share with construction taking supplies up and down. Nowhere on the site or on Expedia does it say under construction. There is NO parking, all taken up by construction. Very annoying when trying for a reading stay. The front staff, not very helpful. Have stayed in Courtyard and always staff very helpful. Not the case here. The rooms that I reserved and paid for on Expedia were not available ... and they said they had no clue breakfast was included. I waited for the next day to speak with manager, GM fixed situation.

The place was under construction and was very loud we weren't told about construction until check-in. Parking was very bad. Small parking area and if it was full had to go across to a parking garage. Was charged for tokens to the parking garage. Rooms very very small I was very disappointed with my stay.

IF YOU ARE REMODELING LET US KNOW WHEN WE BOOK,

I have stayed here before with good result. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE REMODELING Tempe in July, looking for a dip in the pool. CLOSED BUT NO INDICATION WHEN I BOOKED OR CHECKED IN sure they offered a voucher for a place about a quarter mile away.. didn't feel like walking, or getting in my car all we. My room had a view of their pool that looked like there should be no reason to close it. Breakfast NOT included, but had to go in to the back chase down the server TWICE to BUY breakfast. Remodel made it noisy and couldn't really ahng in the lobby to wait for my ride.

Fantastic location near ASU

Hotel staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, pool was warm but it was 113 degrees outside. We would stay again, enjoyed the experience.

Great location. Nice service.

Pros: Clean, and has a bar downstairs with decent non-microwaved food.
Cons: Was disappointed the exercise room it little more than a closet in size. Just treadmills, and free weights.
Location: Fantastic location. It's got a little bit of everything near by. Fast food, family restaurants, bars, nice places to walk.
Everyone I spoke with at the hotel was nice, and professional. Some went out of their way to help me.
