Even though this property is an older one, it is maintained well and the amenities such as a full hot made to order breakfast each day, make this a treat! Happy hour coupons are distributed upon check in, but we didn’t partake.

The cable was very basic for the amount of money charged to stay there and they charged me money to park because I paid through Expedia which is insane.

Everyone is very nice and friendly except the front desk for check in . My room had a wet carpet smell and I realized on the last day that they had cleaned the carpets but they had not dried properly . Very good breakfast , nice rooms .

Its a very nice place with wonderful staff. We would have given it 5 stars if we werent woken out of a deep sleep in the middle of the night with a man pounding on our door telling us he will get us. It all ended well. The police were there in less than 2 minutes. The doors open to the outside, with little to no security. That being said we'd probably stay there again.

The shower faucet didn’t work. The room was dirty and it was some jelly on the ground next to the bed. I asked for a room to not facing Al the freeway but they said they are not going to change my room.

You guys of Expedia need to do a better job. During booking you showed free breakfast, free parking and free Wi-Fi network. During checking in they didn't mention anything about parking fee they showed the open parking lot but during checkout they mentioned that they will charge $10.33/night. This unacceptable, you sale offering free parking and then you allow the hotel to charge parking fee. I felt cheated. You got to be honest upfront about all the fees. Next onwards I need think whether I should do any reservations using Expedia.

Front desk staff were fabulous (shout out to Jessica!) as was housekeeping. However, during our stay over Thanksgiving, a fire broke out in their laundry area at 11:30 PM causing alarms to go off and forcing all guests to leave their rooms, mostly in pajamas. Lots of confusion and misdirection which really can't be faulted but no one took charge. Then, unbeknownst to us, the main gas line was turned off as a safety precaution. For the next 2 days of our stay, there was no hot water. Again, I can't fault them for the incident itself, but there was no communication- nothing direct via email or even posted in the lobby. It was incredibly maddening to head into the shower 2 mornings after the fire only to find ice cold water. The response was simply that they were waiting for the all-clear to turn the gas on. I get it, but why didn't you tell us ?!?

While the dryer explosion/fire that caused the gas to be turned off was not their fault, we didn't get any notice of it until we called to check on our lack of hot water. Beyond that, while showing a bit of age, the property was well kept up and all the staff we interacted with were friendly.

The bartender was extremely rude when we went to order our drinks. We were standing there for a while and asked if she can help us and she stated she will help whoever she wants. I enjoyed my stay for the weekend it was exactly what I needed. The room was incredibly spacious and super clean upon arrival! Staff was accommodating in helping me check in early and also gave drink vouchers! Would definitely stay again for weekend stays!

Not as described or shown on listing. Dirty and smelled. Room showed patio but wasnt included. Loud traffic noise. Front desk employees on their phones. High price for motel quality. Very surprised this is part of Hilton hotels.

I always stay at the Embassy Suites in Tempe. The staff is excellent. Since Covid, the house keeping is not every day but they will come check on you a couple times a day. I was able to get everything I needed. The breakfast staff is wonderful and very friendly.
