The hotel was great. The room was great as well. I love the breakfast buffet. The TV was a nice size.

The beds were absolutely back breaking, it folded you up like a taco, springs all collapsed and bulging out the side of the mattress. Breakfast was terrible

Bad experience!

Very hard to get to with I35 construction. Got to hotel...no elevator..went to room..wanted coffee..opened coffee maker..FULL OF MOLD. I took maker to desk..got new one. Put "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on door. Left for a few hours. Came back and found someone had come in room to retrieve the extra coffee carafe..only they took wrong one, leaving the one that did not fit the coffee maker, and we could not make coffee at 3 am next morning when we got up. #1 No one should have come into our room to get a $2 glass 4 cup carafe. They had other new ones in their storeroom because I saw them. #2: If they wanted it that badly they could have called and asked, or #3 They could have waited 24 hours and gotten it when we left. I take guest privacy seriously, because we do not like people in our room when we travel..period!
