“The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!”

“Positives: 1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. Had to take off tank lid and manually adjust. 2) Bathtub had about 10 long black hairs. 3) Three out of four accent lights had burned out light bulbs. 4) In the morning, woke up to flying ants crawling on the bed. Opened the curtains and the window ledge was crawling with them and small ants.”

The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. “This property was not in the best conditions. I would’ve left but other hotels were booked due to a concert nearby. I had 2 bed room with my daughter and friend. The room decor was outdated, the floor lamp didn’t work, the desk lamp didn’t work and most of the lighting in the room was dull. The door to go outside would not lock, you could just open the side door to come into the hotel. Very unsafe!! The hallways smelled of smoke which means people were smoking.
