I was pleased with the room, staff was nice. It was a bit warm, as the thermostat only goes to 65. Nearby bars and restaurants were fun and it was easy to get to. Parking at the hotel ran us $60 for a night, so that's a bit steep.

It is close to powell station and restaurants. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny. It does not have a/c. It is close to union square, on one side you have all the fancy shopping stores and on the other one you have a lot of homeless people. If i go back i would probably stay close to the ...
The Marker was conveniently located in downtown near many other hotels. Rooms are clean and the staff very friendly even texting me to give advice about navigating the city.

Hotel is dated. The internet photo of the outside is deceiving. The staff is very efficient, courteous & professional. It pays to look into the room types & pay extra for more space. A "superior" room is anything but; more a closet than a room. When we had an issue with our room, the front desk bent ...
The rates at this hotel were quite reasonable compared to others in downtown SF. The staff was very personable, and they even offered a free glass of wine on check-in! It must be mentioned that it is in a rather funky part of town that can be a bit scary at night, but it's only a block from the main ...
Great location for the price. Friendly staff, clean room, very convenient. Could be noisy at night, on an alley. Windows not sound proof. I'd recommend a higher floor if possible (our room was on the 3rd floor) or ear buds but overall a very good stay.

During check in the person at the desk seemed very distracted and annoyed, but nearly every other aspect of the hotel was a pleasant experience. It is right downtown and a $10 uber ride to nearly everything you want to see.

Overall the hotel was a good deal for the price in an accessible/convenient part of the city. The room was small and clean. Since we mainly used it for sleeping after a long day of sightseeing it was good for what we needed. The continental breakfast was basic but good for grabbing a quick bite before ...

My stay was fine, except for all the homeless people, prostitutes and drug dealers screaming and playing music throughout the night outside my window. I slept very poorly.

Comfortable and clean room.. nice spot for a few days downtown.. it deserves a 5-star rating. I must admit that breakfast selection was poor.. especially after 10am and considering the room rating ($169 on Monday and $209 on Tuesday). I’m sure that management will work on that. Thanks anyway to all ...

This hotel was great, especially for the price. Great location, friendly staff. The room was as expected- clean and pretty spacious. We didn't use much of the amenities but liked that they were an option. Hotel parking is steep, there was a garage much cheaper a block and a half away. The neighborhood ...
No complaints about Hotel Axiom. I’m a very light sleeper so we requested a quiet room and had zero city noise. Great location! Close to the Tenderloin but not close enough to feel unsafe even late at night. Would recommend!
It was cold and raining when we got there, reservations said 2 adults and 1 minor. My 3 month old son was not in their reservations and they wanted to charge us an extra $25/per night. I said, just go ahead and do it since we where all soaking wet and cold. They guy took over 20 mins to check us ...
Stayed here for a conference in Moscone Center. Location is great: Less than 10 minutes walking to Moscone, 2 blocks from Union Square. The lobby is modern, bright and clean. The staff is very helpful, always with a smile and ready to help. The biggest downside is the room size. I had a double-sized ...

Loved our stay! Staff was super friendly, the decor was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Also loved the old photos - they try, and succeed, in capturing a bit of history in a modern setting.
