Perfect central location
Close to the beach, close to the bus station, many shops around, quiet area. Small pool on top of the building with an amazing view of the sea and mountain. Cheap and good value for the money.

Inexpensive and very pleasant
We arrived after a frustratingly long journey from South Airport on an unreliable bus route (do fly in via North Airport if you can), relieved to be there. We were pleasantly surprised to find the room much better equipped than we'd expected, with a fridge, a hob and a balcony. Two single beds rather than a double were not ideal, but that was clearly stated when we booked, so no complaints on that score.

NO TEA!
Very reasonably priced and very close to the general hubbub of everything. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the apartment and we couldn't hire one. The night staff was a bit grumpy and unhelpful. There was no restaurant open and we felt the apartments were quite empty {is this why the restaurant was closed?). It did have a feeling of quite. But yes, we would say good value for money - except we couldn't make a cup of tea.

OK for the money.
It was good value for money, so I suppose I shouldn't complain that I found it a little dingy. Although it was clean, the bath taps looked as though they could have done with a good going over with some Cif. Likewise the sink in the kitchenette. No kettle, electric or otherwise, so had to boil water in a pan. Curtains were hanging slightly off the curtain rail. Tiny TV, on a shelf very high on the wall and only in Spanish. And even that I couldn't hear properly as volume control on remote didn't seem to work. No balcony. Pool area quite bleak - just a jumble of sunbeds on a roof. Didn't use the bar - was usually full of locals watching football which I found a bit off putting as a single traveller. However, bed was clean and comfortable. And the hotel is in a great location.

Basic Cheap Hotel
The room was a nice size but the view from the windows is just tower blocks. The kitchen equipement supplied is very basic and it would be hard to be fully self catering (but as we like eating out that wasn't a problem for us.) No electric Kettle and as we like to drink lots of tea, this was an issue for us. Not all rooms have balconies (ours didnt). The bar below was a bit noisy when there was a football match on - but general noise wasn't much of an issue at this time of year. The bathroom was a good size, clean with a great shower over the bath. The staff spoke basic english which sometimes meant communication was hard work. If there is a storm forcast (as there was while we where there) the roof pool and sun deck are lock for safety reasons.

Definitely recommend!
These apartments are basic but lovely, they were clean and spacious with a good shower and a decent balcony to sit out on. They are in a really good location, really close to the main square (5 mins walk) and harbour but far enough away from the really touristy bit to be quiet. There were a couple of streets close by with excellent restaurants and bars and the area was peaceful and very safe. The rooftop pool was good, maybe not ideal for young children because of steps and being high up but it was clean and had amazing views of the town. We had it to ourselves frequently as it was never busy. In the area - the street Calle Cruz Verde (close to hotel) had good restaurants and the place around the corner was lovely for tapas. Lago Martinez was good for a swim without having to brave the sea. If you hire a car drive through the Anaga mountains and go to Roque de las Bodegas for a swim on a quiet beach and some lovely food. It was one of the most incredible landscapes I have ever seen. We booked our holiday to Tenerife at the last minute with no expectations other than to relax in the sun and I was totally amazed at the scenery, the food, and the beauty of the place - way better than just tourist resorts and chips. If you're looking to escape the crowds and the stag and hen parties then it's definitely worth travelling to the North. Puerto de la Cruz was a great place to stay, bus from the South airport is €13 but if you buy a Bueno Via card at the station you get it for 9.

Great location
I think the hotel was great, nice and peaceful and relaxing, i didn't use the restaurant as cooked for myself, my choice completely. the pool on the roof is great and plenty of sunbeds to wile away the hrs relaxing.The beach is lovely as well and literally few mins walk, very much a come for a while and go sort of beach as people popped down for a swim and sunbathe and then carried on their normal day, so relaxing to see. The road directly opposite takes you to the square and shops galore and the next road to the right of the hotel is the bus station and bigger supermarket. All in all you could eat, drink and relax no matter where you went in any direction. I would thoroughly recommend it, far enough away for peace, yet still near to anything a bit more lively like clubs or live music. Some roads are a bit steep but you can avoid them and still get to where you want. I have walking difficulties but was able to sit down and rest if need be with no problems. The buses run to lots of places and the fares are cheap and so are the taxis. You can get the 343 bus straight to and from north and south airports for a lovely ride to see the sights to starts you holiday off.

Good apartment
Clean, good staff, clean every day. Little bit old furnitures. Not far from the center of the city, but far enough from the music from the streets. Payable internet is just in the hall. Some pot and dinner set in the kitchen area in the room. Overall it was good enough for us.

Better than expected
Overall this hotel was better than what we expected, considering the price we paid ( we stayed over the Easter week-end). Starting with the few "negatives": we struggled a bit to find the hotel itself - possibly because it was late at night. There is no hotel car park, and we had to leave our rental car out on the street. Not a problem in itself, but finding a space was sometimes tricky , although we didn't mind walking a few minutes back to the hotel. The room was basic, as we expected, and the beds a bit too soft for us. Lastly, and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, the weather in the north of Tenerife is significantly different to that in the south! Puerto de la Cruz is very cloudy & cooler. Now for the good bits: the location is great - short walk to the beach and plenty of amenities nearby, shops, bars, restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful (although your Spanish will need to be pretty sharp to follow their directions!!) and friendly. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom fittings were brand new and clean. there were a few basic cooking utensils, but enough for us to cook meals and snacks. Overall we were pleasantly surprised, as we did not expect a great deal - we went for the cheapest accommodation we could find.

Schlichtes Apartment
Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sehr zufrieden. Im dazugehörigen Café konnte man sehr preiswert Frühstücken (1,80€ Kaffee, Orangensaft und ein belegtes Brötchen), auch dort war die Bedienung sehr nett. Die Zimmer verfügen weder über eine Heizung noch über eine Klimaanlage. Das viel zu kleine Fernsehgerät (30 cm Durchmesser) in unserem Apartment war ein Witz!!!! Trotz Satellitenschüssel gab es nur 3 deutsche und ein englisches Programm.

Huone oli sellainen perussiisti, siivooja kävi päivittäin, paitsi sunnuntaina. Verhot jotain pahvin tapaista jäykkää ja paksua, aina edessä, jos olisi yrittänyt vetää sivulle, niin todennäköisesti verhokisko olisi romahtanut. Remonttireiskaa kaipaisi moni paikka. Ruuveja puuttui tai oli löysällä, laattoja lohkeillut ym. no Espanjassa vaatimustaso taitaa olla vähän eri. Toimimaton 12" mulkosilmä TV katonrajassa, ja vaikka olisi toiminut, niin ei siitä lattiantasalta olisi mitäään nähnyt, lähinnä "koriste". Onneksi oli läppäri mukana. Esitteen mukaan WiFi 10€ ? vuorokausi, en edes kysynyt vaan käytin mobiilidataa. Jääkaappi ja hella toimi, paistinpannu käyttökelvoton, kahva melkein irti, pinta raavittu pilalle. Lähinnä keitin kattilassa kananmunia ja kahvivettä ja muu ruokailu bistroissa joita kyllä riittää. Minimarketti aivan vieressä eikä isompaankaan markettiin kuin muutama sata metriä. Rantaan samoin muutama sata metriä, eli sijainti hyvä.

Hotellet är lite slitet. Sängarna var väldigt hårda men efter påpekande i receptionen fick vi genast extra madrasser. Lite dålig utrustning i pentryt. Väldigt trevlig personal. Lyhört mellan rummen.

Esta cerca de la playa y de la plaza del charco. Nos ha parecido que esta muy bien situado. El personal es muy agradable y la habitación estaba limpia. No tiene los muebles nuevos pero no estan mal conservados. En general hemos estado muy bien

Muy buena ubicación de este apartahotel. Cerca del centro de Puerto de la Cruz y en llano. Muy economico para la ubicación que tiene. Como pegas, el colchon era viejo e incomodo. Pero por el precio pagado no esperabamos más.

Hôtel bien situé, près de la plage avec des commerces et un parking à proximité (ceci dit peu de places disponibles). Concernant la chambre les meubles et équipements sont sommaires. Le personnel était accueillant et le service de chambre plutôt bien fait dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel ; l'appartement était spacieux, avec un balcon agréable . Très bien situé car près de tout: commerce en bas de l'immeuble , restaurant également , plage et centre ville à 8-10 minutes à pied. un seul bémol : un peu chaud , pas de climatisation.

Para mi lo único bueno es la hubicación.
La habitación es pésima, super antigüo todo, la TV solo tiene 9 canales, muy muy vieja y pequeña sin TDT, es una pena en la época que estamos....la cocina equipada para lo justo..ni horno ni microondas siquiera..por lo demás la gente del hotel muy amable y la hubicación es muy buena, cerquísima de la playa, del loro parque y de los lagos martianez.

Bien placé en début de zone piétonne.
Accès facile aux plages et aux divers établissements pour se restaurer ou boire un verre.un super marché ouvert 7j / 7 jusqu'à minuit à 05mn à pieds. Il manque un four micro onde et une cafetière électrique moderne. Gros bémol du 21e siècle : le wifi payant.

Ottima posizione e tranqi
Puerto de la Cruz è una località interessante, ben organizzata, ricca di storia e di angoli da scoprire. Prezzi ottimi per la ristorazione. Market ben forniti e a prezzi buoni. La gente è cordiale e disponibile. Il lungomare è splendido, ben curato si affaccia sull'oceano che nei giorni in cui siamo stati in vacsnza non ha mancato di far vedere la sua forza e maestosità. Spiaggia nera, clima da invidiare a noi europei. Vale la pena andare a tenerife per scoprire i suoi mille volti.

Apartamentos muy buen situados
Están muy bien situados lo único pues que necesitan un repasito de chapa y pintura. Tiene su minicocinita para apañarte lo que tu quieras, limpieza buena y muy amables. Para unas vacaciones familiares no elegid otro tipo de hoteles pero para mi fue PERFECTO.

el apartamento es una habitacion donde está la cama la mesa y la cocina...la tele de última generación(entiendase la ironía)solo se ven 6 canales y en alta definición...jaja por lo demás bien es un lugar para simplemente dormir y si tienes que cocinar algo rápido

Bekvämt och rent hotell
Skulle inte tveka boka detta hotell igen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal på hotellet. Pool på taket med härlig utsikt! Affär och restauranger alldeles i närheten. Köpte en jättegod pizza alldeles i närheten som vi åt på rummet. Köpte jättebilligt gott vin i affären. Där finns också en manuell chark för ost och pålägg.
