Great hotel close to the beachesPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff at reception and the breakfast buffet. Junior suite room had plenty of space. Well equipped kitchenette. Beds were really comfortable
Cons: Lack of toiletries in bathroom, there was only hand soap!
Location: The hotel is on the south side of Playa de las Americas, close to plenty of restaurants. Troya beach and Las Vistas beach are only 10 minutes walk.
Friendly staff at reception, check in was efficient. The standard junior suite room is spacious with really comfortable beds! There is a kitchenette in the room and it is well equipped (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery). Bathroom is also a good size with shower. Flat screen TV in room (even had BBC 1 and 2 channels!) The balcony was on the front of the hotel, overlooking restaurants and shops but not too noisy. Air conditioning worked fine and free wifi in room ran smoothly. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food of decent quality. There was cooked English breakfast, fruit, cereals, bread and pastries, cold hams and cheeses, fruit juices and tea/coffee. Was on bed and breakfast so cannot comment on what lunch/dinner was like as I ate out. The pool did not open until 9 am each morning but I preferred to go to the beaches. It is an adults only hotel so if you prefer a bit of serenity, then this place is for you. Hotel is in an ideal location in the south side of Playa de las Americas, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Troya and Las Vistas beaches are nearby (only 10 minutes walk away). About a 25 minute walk to the bus station if you are looking to venture elsewhere on the island. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again if I was to return to this area.

Lovely stay, would definitely recommendPosted May 18, 2015
Cons: Food temperature
Location: Very convenient location for beaches, bars, walking, etc.
We've just returned from a week at the Sunprime Coral Suites & Spa and had a wonderful stay. We stayed in a junior suite and paid a little extra for a pool view. We chose a pool view suite after reading Trip Advisor reviews saying the traffic noise was disruptive in the suites on the other side. Having now stayed we would definitely recommend a pool view suite - it was very quiet and the view was lovely, and much more pleasant than the other side of the hotel. The area where the hotel is located is a pleasant, clean and convenient location. It's just a short stroll along a nice route to the beach, bars and shops, passing the Hard Rock Cafe and shopping centres along the way. Las Vistas beach and Los Christianos are close by. Troya beach was further so we didn't venture over there. The hotel is stylish, very clean and very well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we couldn't fault the facilities, there's everything you could need - the mini market had all the essentials and some not so essentials :-) Some things were cheaper than the shop across the road (water), and some were about equal in price. We didn't use the spa in the end but it looked lovely. The pools were great and the rooftop solarium was very nice. I thought the smaller pool was a jacuzzi but it's a 'cooling off pool' - not hot water but is shallow and has jets. There was a shower room for freshening up after checkout with clean towels provided, and a secure luggage room. We didn't stay in fo

Alt var rigtig godt. Det var rigtig flinkt personale i restauranten og rigtig god morgenbuffet. Der var daglig rengøring er værelset. poolen var rigtig dejlig. Personalet i receptionen kunne dog godt være lidt mere imødekommende.
