Amazing, faultless for price
This complex is lovely, one bedroom apartment we got was really big with garden and a separate kitchen but as we unpack water from someone above was pouring through bathroom light. Complex almost full so were given a 2 bedroom /bathroom apartment that was huge, own garden and terrace facing the pool, absolutely amazing. We were worried it would be too far to walk to our usual places but just over 10minutes, slight hill on the return but well lit roads and didn't feel scary even at midnight. We got a taxi once and was less than five euros. Kitchen we well kitted out and we had lunch on the last day which was lovely, quick and inexpensive. Even when full had enough room for everyone at the pool. Would definitely return, so great value for money (for the one bedroom).

Was staying for few days after week spend up north. Place is nice and would stay again. Modern rooms, but didn't understand cleaning if they do just on some days as during my sray it was not touched Also they seems to have offers staying and paying at reception what was much better than any booking system could offer

Second stay and still like it.
Clean spacious rooms with all mod cons. Good pool with plenty of loungers. Ideally situated out of the busy and noisy areas but only a 10 minute walk to beach

Nice apartment with nice staff
Very nice property, well looked after and freshly painted. Check in was very efficient and friendly. Never used the pool area but it looked very well looked after. Not much in the local area in the way of entertainment/restaurants but only a short walk to the town centres of Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas.

overall it felt really safe comfortable and clean i wish there was an iron, you have to pay £20+ euros to get a key for the safe and the free wifi is only in the reception area not in the bedrooms.

Great location however more aimed to families
Lovely hotel which is situated in a great location between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Loft room was great and had no complaints about it apart from a mishap with the cleaning. My main issue was due to me being away with my girlfriend, we wanted a relaxing holiday but there was a lot of young children running around so relaxing by the pool wasn't exactly possible, however there are sundecks where there were less children. Also every night until around 11pm from what i can remember there was a stage show for the children by the pool and if you are wanting an early night and are near the pool, you will need to be a heavy sleeper. Don't get me wrong, this is a wonderful hotel but keep in mind that there will be a lot of children around.

Stayed in room 144- right at the pool with own patio-gets the sun all day. Room was very clean, spacious and modern. Stayed as a couple. Was ideal would highly recommend.

Gem of a Hotel.
Fantastic Hotel. Great position for access to both to The Americas and Los Christianos. Very friendly staff. The only reservation was our room which was a "Loft Room" which was a bit cramped with the low sloping roof.But very clean and ok for two people.All in all a great place to stay.

Overall, the hotel matches its description. Few points: it is outdated, however it is being refurbished. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Room cleaning service is not always the same or might not even be daily. There are solly charges for an iron (100 years old) useless and also seperate charge for an ironing board. High charges for wi-fi. Located in a good, quiet location, net to supermarket/shopping center.

Not too far from beach staff ignorant.
The walk to beach, golf course and other activities wasn't too bad, however all staff were very ignorant and had terrible attitude. They didn't want to try and understand me when I approached any of them with a query. I have no doubt they are working in wrong environment.

Upon arrival the reception staff were poor to direct us to our room as is quite a big hotel took us over 10 minutes to find our room as there were no signs. Once in the room was very dark with no view. It was much better when upgraded to a better room.

Lovely week at Compostela Beach Golf II
Just got back from a lovely week in Tenerife with my Fiancé, we loved our stay at Compostela beach golf. I read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and I was dubious but we had no reason to be worried because the hotel was great. The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely, there are activities throughout the day all very family friendly and the entertainment staff (stefan and a lady who had her last day during our stay) we're brilliant with the kids. On the 2 occasions we ate at the hotel the food was plentyful with a variety of choices at a good quality and at €2 a pint who can complain. Abel who works behind the bar in the resturant is friendly, funny and makes a great cocktail. We would definately return thankyou for a great holiday.

We only got our rightful accommodation on the second day , meaning we had to unpack twice and move twice , all the time eating in to our holiday . So we were unable to relax and enjoy our holiday . Plus we were out of pocket on our booking price as the first room was cheaper per night than the apartment which we had booked and payed for !

Quiet family hotel near supermarket & town centre
This is a family orientated hotel. Kids played in the pool all day and activities were organised. A few British families, but mostly Finnish and German. The staff were helpful and accommodation is good value. 15 minutes walk to the beach.We took the apartment with breakfast option. There was a good selection of food available, English breakfast, cold meat and cheese, and pastries, coffees, teas and even HP sauce. Breakfast served 7.30am to 10am, its very busy from 9.30am. We had lunch on our first day, it was ok, but I'm glad that we didn't go for the all inclusive option, as there were so many other options available within a 5 minute walk. There is also a large supermarket opposite, which is open until 9.45pm daily. A high end shopping centre is opposite, with H&M, and about 15 designer shops. The cooker in the apartment didn't work, but there was a microwave with grill option, fridge with freezer compartment and a kettle. No real problems with noise, however the rooms have internal adjoining doors. One evening we had a noisy family next door, the noise came through the internal door rather than the walls. There is also quite a bit of reverberation from people walking through the internal stairways. Staff were helpful, and the room was kept impeccably clean by the domestic staff. Bins emptied daily and towels changed every 2 days. Taxi to/from the airport is 23 Euros, taking 15 mins. 5 mins walk to the bus stop, lots of buses to take you across the island.

We lived in the loft or attic, the cheapest room in the hotel. The hotel itself is good, but it is a little bit far from the beach and city center. Wi-fi is expensive, 5 euro per day, not 2,5 as it is specified online. Other additional services are also expensive. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything for cooking or making tea/coffee, food and drinks you could buy in the supermarket nearby. Staff is polite and ready to help, but only several people speak English. Overall the room is worth the money paid.

The hotel/apartments are a good value base if you plan to be out and about most of the time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was disappointing. It's a good pool for kids as it is very shallow and full of inflatables but not suitable for swimming.

Booked this hotel but on arrival we were told that there was an issue with a broken pipe in the room..which I am not entirely sure was true so we needed to go to another hotel. I did checked out the Pool side and the Bar and restaurant area. Pool looks quite small and sunbathing area overcrowded, lots of people drinking and smoking around kids, which I find uncomfortable and not an appealing place to be. Before booking this hotel, I read reviews from previous guest, and I remember one of the reviews said that they were moved to another hotel on arrival too, I thought that would not happen to me ,, what are the chances... but it did happened,, and apparently it does happens quite often, so my suggestion is if you want ensure the location of where you going to be staying DONT BOOK this hotel. At the end it worked fine for us, as we did like the Alisios apartment were we stayed, ( more family oriented and had huge swimming pool and less crowed) the only things this was not quite central as the Compostela Beach Golf , about 15 mint walk to center and 20 min the beach.

Excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble, 1st room was facing rd at front of apartments, which can get very busy, also new shopping centre recently built, which is great for self catering but not very pretty to look out onto, ( but very well designed, not like the back of our shopping centres in GB) ask for rooms at the rear or side, a lot quieter and we were very happy with our 2nd move room 225, reception, housekeeping, bar staff all so lovely, especially Sylvia on reception who sorted our move to a quieter room and is an asset to the hotel/apt complex.. Many Thanks Jackie and Steve.

A very nice room and complex with ample roadside parking which you don't get if closer to the centre of Las Americas. friendly staff and good facilities which we couldn't really fault in any way. One current issue is that a large building is under construction across the road so if you may be woken at 8am as that gets underway, however that wasn't really a problem for us. Overall, we'd definitely go there again.

Stayed here a few times before, had an idea what to expect, love the fact it's low rise, not too many around the pool, good location, shame you have to pay for your in room safe/iron/fan/internet, most accomadations tend to give these as part of your deal, also the rooms have no air conditioning if you need it don't stay here, rooms get very very warm and stuffy. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular about it, but the staff are polite and friendly.Rooms cleaned on a daily basis, fresh towels daily.

The appartments are ideal for parties of 4 as you have 2 seperate bedrooms which are on different floors. The rooms are clean and well looked after although the downstairs room is of a much nicer standard than the top floor which can lead to arguments over who gets it. Really like the location as only short walk to the centre, although it would be nice if the building site in front of the Apartments was finally completed.

the staff here was FANTASTIC. they organized a poker tournament for us by the pool, hung out with us after their shifts ended, were really friendly, and made us feel welcome. good english, too. definitely a family friendly resort, but as a group in our 20s, we still had fun.
