The property was old and typical Spanish styling. I had an apartment at the back so only partial sea and marina views but enough for me to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. I was joine daily by 2 friendly collared doves who enjoyed some croissants or toast. There was a good supermarket close by and 2 others a short walk up the hill. The marina and boat trips are on the doorstep. The free swimming pool and sunbeds a bonus. A small sandy beach also close by. I like the unspoilt quietness of this area.

Perfect location and good sized apartment
A bit of a fiasco on arrival but staff quick to react and remedy. No hot water on arrival, inspected and replaced boiler the next morning with a key to another apartment to shower. Tea/coffee making facilities and microwave oven advertised but neither were there on arrival. We asked and they both came. Wi-Fi only available in reception but thats no problem.Initially not perfect but well done to staff for fixing without a fuss

Tired and dirty apartment in a pretty setting.
The outwardly pretty apartments are in a beautiful setting close to a marina and surrounded by mountains. Unfortunately the interiors were drab, needed updating and were dirty. There's a roof terrace which we used, though this could have been much nicer with some care and Imagination. The pool is opposite the apartments which are a mix of holiday lets and privately owned. This too was in need of cleaning and refurbishment with the naturally fed pool from the sea being closed off due to it's dangerous state. This was something we were really looking forward to using and felt mislead by the photos and descriptions we'd read. On the upside there was a poolside bar and a restaurant with friendly staff open until 4pm. We also felt the £15 charge for the safe key plus a £10 deposit was steep. This was a budget holiday with friends,so still enjoyable as the place itself is beautiful and surrounding restaurants and shops were nice. I feel the pictures and descriptions need updating to reflect the true picture.

Great location
This complex for the price is outstanding. It is clean, spacious, great fridge and shower, perfect location. For some people it probably won't fit the bill, but this is my third visit and i love it. It's a bit tired in places, but for the price you pay it's brilliant.

Perfect get away
I have been visiting this area and staying in these apartments for approx. 16 years and never let down. services cleanliness and safety is key for me and it delivers. Yes updates to the apartments would be great but I'm not complaining

Good Value Hotel
Don't expect the Ritz. This is not a hotel with fancy decor, or lots of facilities. However, it is clean, it is spacious, it has a lovely outlook. Los gigantes is my favourite place in Tenerife and I've been many times. It's a tiny, quiet resort, nice and safe for children, the harbour with the boats is nice to look out onto and those cliffs! The are majestic and stunning. Yes this place is a little tired, the tile patterns cause me to go back to the 70s, but it's such a nice place to stay. The location sandwiched between the beach and the harbour is great, it's got bags of space, nice balconies, it's clean. And right opposite is the pool. Again, the pool has seen better days, but the staff are lovely, it's a beautiful location, stunning scenery and you can lay on a sunbed and enjoy that view. So what is some of the paving is cracked and missing, it doesn't detract from the beauty of the place, and it's a lovely and quiet. Quite unlike the rowdy resorts of las americas and los cristianos, Note, no hairdryers - bring your own if you need one. and although the sunbeds are included, it you want an umbrella by the pool its 2.50 per day. I will be returning here again next year as I love it and I'm not bothered by a bit of faded decor or a cracked tile here or there. The beauty and quiet are well worth it. Not to mention a very reasonable price!

Great spot.
We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our week. The resort was up to expectations, traditional and comfortable. A little worn, but the location and pool made up for that !

Nice apartment in excellent position by harbour .
1st time in Tenerife. Avoided it because we did not think it was for us. Desperately needed some winter sun. Pleasantly surprised no loud music and no all night Parties. Clean, plenty of hot water with powerful shower. Posher places to stay in Los Giganties but none with as good a position next to cliffs and harbour and a little beach as well. No sales reps jumping out at you. Lovely walkways to natural swimming pools. No graffiti or dog mess, streets and walkways very clean.

Will not visit again
We were not advised that transfer coaches cannot get down the hill, and that we had to carry our suitcases down the hill, after being dropped off in the middle of a street. We were on the 4th floor, room 468 and the room needed a complete refurbishment. not a single cupboard or drawer shut or opened properly, and the settee was disgusting and shabby, and was covered with a cloth to hide it. we had no hot water for almost 6 days. We didn't let it spoil our holiday, but we had to pay 56 euros for a taxi back to the airport as we couldn't carry our cases back up the hill, and we were not told that we didn't have to pay to use the pool, and after 3 days and 30 euros lighter, we were informed by another guest who just happened to see us paying, that we didn't have to pay. We were not informed of this by the reception desk when we checked in. In view of this we would not stay there again, although we did love Los Gigantes very much. Thank you Mrs Rose Mcintyre

Each client receives a paper with all the information of the complex in which it's explained that the pool is included and the identification card is attached to show it there.

Well located apartment close to the marina
The apartments are nice. Not the newest but perfectly acceptable for the price we paid. Lifts to all floors and ramp access which was good with a pram. The apartments were cleaned every other day which was good.

Nice hotel , close to the Marina and pool
My trip was a short visit . The apartment was clean and the staff friendly. All the facilities you would need in the apartment, supermarket was less than 5 minutes away . The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so if you go in summer you need to take this into consideration. I enjoyed my trip and would return again .

Not worth the money. The only think you pay for is the roof over your head. Reception desk bearly speaks English. Everything old and falling apart. The smells in the bathroom-terrible.

Nothing bad, in part really good, but not for us.
The place is clean and maintained very well. While we were aware there was no airconditioning and parking, that’s what made it not comfortable for us to stay longer. Location is nothing less then amazing. Beach, harbor, shops, restaurants - all just surrounding the premises. Apartment is big but the interior was new a long time ago... Everything is kept clean and functional. Shower pressure is good, water drains well. In short: Simple, big, no A/C, no parking, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.

People watching!
Was a bit doubtful at first as my initial view was a cliff face, but then realised that the beach road was passing by below my apartment. As the marina closes down at 8ish, so the beach road closes at 9,so nice and quiet at night. Apts are quite spacious and all in all, enjoyed my time here. Did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, but from what I seen, seemed to be running smoothly.. And yes, would stay again

These apartments are in a brilliant spot, right on the harbour. There are blocks being refurbished, but are still value for the very little money it cost us.It is our second visit, but if you want luxury, better give it a miss.

Lovely position to stay, close to the harbour with loads of bars & restaurants. Overall the place has seen better days & is tatty. Clean enough & comfortable enough though! Near enough to enjoy the town & a good base to explore the island. Wi-Fi only in reception & very poor.

Very tired hotel, however location is excellent.
Not much to say about the hotel, as it was very tired and basic. However the location was excellent. The harbour was on one side with a number of lovely restaurants and the pool was just across the road. The pool has amazing views of the cliffs.

Hotel is very close to beach. However the hotel room had no fans or Ac so it became quite uncomfortable especially during afternoon. The bed was also not comfy.

Would recommend this hotel for its price
For the price paid £240 for a week for two people this was a superb deal for us. People that leave negative comments with regards to room service, and hotel should consider booking more expensive hotel next time. Hotel has the best location in Los gigantes if sea is what you came for. it is closest hotel to the sea, and half of the hotel has a sea view. It also has a beautiful terrace of which is always empty, and it has it's own swimming pool just across the street which is also great and serves good drinks.

Great views from room 142 out over the Marina. Nice and quiet too, in March. As other reviewers suggest, the room is dated but is more than adequate for an extended stay. Large apartment with a substantial fridge. Kitchen dated but usable. Loads of storage space. Excellent shower. Maids attended 4 times during the 10 night stay. Nice and clean. Free use of the pool across from the complex. Only negative is that the room beds are rock hard.

Avoid this place at all costs!
My partner and i have just returned from a seven night stay in this hell hole. We did not expect 5 star luxury, but certainly not prepared, for what we encountered. On entering property from the outside, was like going into council estate flats. Wires exposed on stairwell, wooden bannisters badly splintered, would rip your hands to shreds, and loose wooden stair parts, were very dangerous. Expected to see drug gangs roaming the corridors! The apartment, itself was severely dated, dirty and decrepit. Where do we start now! KItchen : No kettle, toaster or microwave. Cupboard hanging off wall, and another, doors not closing.The hob didn't work, oven so dirty wouldn't contemplate using. 2 dirty rings, only other option. Dirty cutlery, and crockery (what there was of it!) and 2 saucepans, one with knob fallen off. Bathroom : This was disgusting. The toilet, was soiled inside, cracked, and not attached to the floor properly. Sink and bath, were of a similar nature (vile and so dated) Bedroom: Bed uncomfortable, dirty bedspread, furniture dated and broken. Bedside lamp wire taped up. Balcony: Cracked chairs, unsafe to sit on, had those replaced, rail not varnished and looked unsafe, floor tiles cracked, and mould on walls and ceiling. Balcony overlooked busy toll road to harbour, lots of traffic noise and fumes, and also a regular drain smell. All through the property, there were cracks in the ceilings and walls, and plaster falling off near the skirting. 80 -100 photos available

Nice apartments.
Having spent 2 nights at the apartments, I have gotten very fond of this place. Check in was quick, and the one bed apartment was clean. The views from the balcony and the roof terrace on the 4th floor were great. Wifi is only in the lobby, though it is free.
