Gets better!

It was the second time we had visited red level. The staff are exceptional, the facilities are exceptional and the room we had was perfect. The breakfast arrangement is fantastic, we would usually spend a couple of hours sat drinking coffee and reading the English papers. We will definitely be going back to red level for a third time, if you want a relaxing break you must go here. Tip.. Lovely little tapas restaurant if you turn right out of reception called el rincon?? Not the most luxurious but the food was amazing!

Pros: La tranquilidad del hotel, que no hay mucha gente tomando el sol en la piscina o en los restaurantes etc con lo cual es todo muy cómodo y agradable.
Cons: Quizá que la piscina esté un poco más caliente en los días nublados. Tambien sería buena idea que en media pensión se pudiese elegir comida o cena.
Location: El hotel está un poco aislado, genial para los amantes de la tranquilidad y el pueblo no tiene muchas cosas que hacer ya que es un pueblo pequeño.
En las habitaciones había humedad y se notaba un poco de frío si no hacia sol, pero lo solucionamos con un calefactor que nos dejaron. Pero creo que es importante que sepais que la humedad se está empezando a ver en las paredes. Fuimos a cenar al japones y nos dijeron que no había sitio en el restaurante normal y si en las mesas de tapañaki con lo cual fuimos aquí y nos fijamos que el restaurante normal estaba casi vacío, por lo que no entiendo por qué nos dijeron que no había sitio. En cuanto al entretenimiento del hotel no nos gustó nada, de hecho apenas había nadie en los shows. He estado en muchos hoteles que tienen este tipo de show y siempre están más o menos entretenidos pero no sé que es lo que pasa en este hotel y no es algo puntual ya que hemos ido tres años consecutivos y sigue siento igual de malo. Los chicos serán ingleses pero no hacen más que cantan y la verdad que bastante mal. No sé pero se me ocurre que igual hay muchos españoles que hablan inglés y cantan mejor que estos y además pueden hacer otro tipo de espectacualo. El resto de nuestra experiencia fue genial, nada que comentar, bueno tan sólo un apunte, la carta del restaurante La terraza, el que está al lado de recepción, nos gustaba mucho más los platos que tenian otros años. La calidad sigue siendo buena pero la selección de platos era mejor antes.

Enjoyed our stay. Red level breakfast is very good, especially a la carte cooked eggs and in lovely outdoor restaurant. Half board is amazing food standard, but only worth going to red level restaurant or other fine dining one. Red level pool lovely and peaceful and has lots of jets and jacuzzi zones. We found the room quite small and had problems with our mattress being too soft but this was finally resolved by third night. Open bar and canapés was lovely every evening and luxury bathroom toiletries and sun tan lotion by pool and free water, tea and coffee all day was amazing. They even brought round fresh fruit sticks and cold towels when we were sunbathing. It is quite expensive but felt really luxurious. Spa was also lovely and free circuit was fun.

Red Level is AWESOME!!!

Cons: If I had have known more about the 'Red Level' part, I wouldn't have looked anywhere else. This wasn't really written much about on the website
Location: Not a lot.
Red Level is AWESOME, it's not cheap but my goodness, it's great! Everything from the staff, room to the private pool for exclusive use of the red level guests! Even tho this is a massive resort, being part of red level makes it feel much smaller. I would recommend that you take the 'luxury' half board option, it induces all restaurants (including the Duo and the terrance which were our favourites). The location is tucked away from pretty much everywhere but why would you ever want to leave? We'll be back in 4 months!

Pros: den RedLevel Status, ohne Kindern und die Ruhe
Cons: Bei der Ankunft, soll der Gast wissen, dass er nicht den ganzen Nachmittag (auch bei 7 Restaurant) nicht essen kann.
Location: In Strandnähe. Das Dorf ist auch in der Nähe mit Restaurants und Apotheke
Durch den RedLevel Status hatten wir einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Poolpersonal verwöhnte uns mit kühlen Tüchern, Fruchtspiessen oder Fruchtgetränke (gratis) Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und das Personal stehts freundlich. Alle sprachen sehr gut englisch.

Unmittelbare umgebung uninteressant außer promenade, mit findet alles im hotel
