Excellent adults only hotel with great service

Pros: Adults only. Fab rooms. Great service. Friendly staff. Near the beach. Lovely pools. Plenty of sunbeds. Free water/tea/coffee all day and sun lotions.
Location: Nice quiet area with small village within walking distance. Beach close by with free sunbeds if in Red Level. Open bar 6pm-7pm with canapés was great
Fantastic service by all staff. Fast check in with a very personal touch, they treat you great from the minute you step into the hotel. Lovely rooms in Red Level with coffee machines and mini bars. Tried 4 of the al a carte restaurants and all very good (The Terrace was excellent).Free cava at breakfast and open bar with canapes 6pm-7pm was nice touch as was the free water/tea/coffee available all day and if needed free suntan lotions. All staff were very friendly and service very efficient. Plenty of sunbeds/available towels etc. Very clean and lovely selection of pools to swim in. Would definitely recommend although we only ventured into Alcala village once to visit an excellent fish restaurant it seemed nice and quiet and for those wanting more there are further places to go to. Good choice of al a carte restaurants and we had excellent food throughout our stay.

Great Hotel, particularly the Red Level for Adults

Pros: I like that there is an Adults Only section away from families with children. The Red Level is 6 star luxury.
Cons: There are a number of dining options 7+ restaurants but the food could definitely be better and the House Red wine is pretty disgusting
Location: Although we didn't venture beyond the Hotel boundary there is access to a small beach with a bar. There is a town close by
3rd visit to this Hotel. The main body of the Hotel is more family orientated but there is a quite superb Red Level which is virtually independent from the rest. It has it's own Reception, we are collected in a golf buggy from the front of the Hotel. Attention to detail is second to none and it was very refreshing to be recognised as previous guests. Red Level has it's own pool and pool bar, refreshments are always available with complimentary water and sun cream. Between 6pm and 7pm canapé's are served in the Liquid Garden with an open bar!

Relaxing stay and great service

Perfect trip to get some sun in early spring. Beautiful (but huge) hotel with various pools and lots of space. Just the right amount of guests outside holiday season with no issues getting tables at breakfast, sunbeds by the pool, etc. I would imagine it gets a lot busier during holidays and possibly not so easy and relaxing then (probably the signs re reserving sunbeds have some relevance then!)

Relaxing peaceful holiday

Wanted a peaceful sunny week - exactly this . Despite being a large hotel never appeared to be busy plenty of places to lie in the sun and relax . Food excellent with plenty of included treats and snacks during the day . Staff incredibly friendly helpful and courteous. Would definitely go again or recommend

Wonderful February get away

Booked this hotel last minute and couldn't fault it. A quiet location which was just what we wanted and a fabulous room with a jacuzzi bath on the balcony- bliss

Great location, very grand feel to it

Pros: Location, secluded and general cleanliness. Gardens are immaculate.
Cons: Catering for vegetarians
Location: Nothing nearby, small town near the hotel where nothing happens. The closest town is 22miles away, which is actually great
Red level location is quiet and worth it, service is OK nothing special compared to the standard. If you are vegetarian then not much choice. Rooms are great, and nicely decorated.
