“We normally stay in Premier Inn hotels simply because we like their high standard of cleanliness, non feather bedding and simple, non fuss rooms. However, we took a chance on booking this accommodation because of my husband's allergies. We had no worries on that front - the accommodation was absolutely perfect - it is really beautiful, absolutely immaculate, dust free, peaceful, relaxing and decorated to a high standard. “Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. Shame we came in winter and couldn't also enjoy the fabulous garden too!”

“Lovely hosts. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, don’t worry if you’ve forgotten anything! Has been decorated since photographs were taken so now more country cottage than Scandinavian. Terrace and outside of property very dusty but it is a farm yard and the weather was extremely hot. “The landlady was very helpful and we even got a coupon from gardener’s world to visit gardens for half price. We could eat the plums and apples from the trees.On arrival there were flowers and a welcome package of essentials. She was the best landlady you could have.”
