This building was a little on the older side but it was well kept up, staff was friendly. On the first night staying there a small lizard was found in our room, fortunately my partner was able to catch it and take it outside, it was a clean hotel but I would not stay there again.

The hotel is really nice. I loved the bathroom layout. The rooms are spacious. There are so much to do around the hotel walking distance to food and the mall is the next to the hotel.

I had vip access, but I got nothing. Stayed there 3 nights and it was just a hotel. The staff were great. The room was Ok.The first in the morning I had no hot water for my shower. The parking is in the mall lot so you have to validate all the time and twice the card would not work, but that might of been the machine. The restaurant has a great breakfast selection, but is was it was ice cold.

Had a great stay particularly due to friendly staff. Itzel and Edwin from reception were very helpful and efficient. Veronica was our waitress and was very courteous, proficient, and kind and helped explain our choice of menu. She was also helpful with questions about the local area and activities. Lastly, Maria prepared delicious omelettes and pancakes; very friendly and personable.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel for many reasons. 1. Be prepared for your key card to need reprograming every day 2. Do Not add the breakfast option once your at the hotel. They charge 600 pesos a night ! When it should only be 235 pesos. They make up this nonsense that it includes the business center ( small closet ) and that’s the reason for the extra charge. 3. The restaurant they have downstairs is expensive and the food is terrible. 4. Staff isn’t very knowledgeable or helpful. Specially at the restaurant I had to keep reminding them for items I requested. Overall I would avoid ever staying at this hotel

Window in room was completely sealed and created a stuffy feeling because no fresh air could enter the room.The hallway was also the same and this creates a unhealthy air circulation problem!

I like that it was next to shopping center. I don’t like the parking was too far, the key door sometimes didn’t work in elevator, We where two persons staying and they only put one tiny bottle of water in the room
