A great little apartment for our stay. The washing machine is a bonus! The instructions for finding the property, checking in and then some recommendations were all very clearly communicated by the host via whats app. They also allowed earlier check-in. Good location.

Best hotel experience in Budapest
Couldn't have been a better hotel experience in amazing Budapest. Working with hotel staff was always enjoyable/productive. Remote check-in was easy given informative attachment provided. We got lucky with early check-in due to an early checkout and coordination/cooperation of delightful housekeeping staff. Location was ideal, 5-10 min walk to some sites (inc. Metro stops), 5-10 min taxi to most others. Coffee shop, grocery store, bar and several restaurants were all within 2 min walk on safe/quiet street. Apartment was clean/functional with everything in working order. Wifi and TV with streaming capability were nice upgrades since we both were somewhat "under the weather" at the end of our 2.5 week European holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel - and have to my sister/bil for their trip next spring - to anyone wanting a great hotel in a great city.

Good location with car parking facility
A great location! Hop on Hop Off station close by so as the popular Cathedral in Budapest. Lots of restaurants and supermarket is stone throw away. Unfortunately, the bed linen weren’t changed when we checked in, this is something basic when you are in hospitality industry! But the issue was resolved the following day.

Fear Shiv, thanknyou for your comment. I insist that the bedlinen was changed before younarrived, as we do it after each guest check-out. After you let us know that according tonyou the bedlinen has some kind of smell we changed it immediately. I asked my.colleague to put the bedlinen aside for me to check it, . Both ofnus had smelled it and both of us opinion was that the bedlinen didn'tbhave any kind of special smell. Wheb you checked out, you said that everything was great and you had a nice stay.

The building was secure and the location made walking to various sites easy. The building itself is not easily identified as Opera Residence, however Krisztian was very helpful and accommodating, in fact they made special arrangments so we could check in early. Would highly recommend Opera Residence for your stay in Budapest.

Apartment was much bigger than I expected: I had booked a studio but got an apartment with a separate bedroom, and the main living space was a large area with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. Balcony overlooking an internal courtyard was a bonus: no view obviously but nice to be able to sit outside in the sunshine and have a beer. Great location, walking distance to all attractions (if you're happy to clock up a few miles like I am) and a 10 minute walk from the square where the airport bus runs from. Also right next to a busy street with plenty of restaurants and bars. I was staying here alone and it was quieter going down the street in the opposite direction: as a single female traveller being somewhere I'm unfamiliar with, I would not be happy walking down there at night but anywhere that I needed to go, I could get to via one of the busy streets which I was perfectly comfortable walking down alone. Highly recommended, had a great stay.

Excellent value apartment, clean & spacious. Check-in was a dream and open 24/7 so no problem for a late arrival. Location was really good in a decent part of Budapest with cafes, restaurants, Opera House and Metro Station all close by. We were staying for F1 weekend and would definitely return.

Wonderful private bedroom apartment.
They have a reception desk so no matter when you arrive you will be taken care of. We found many in Budapest quite rude but this hotel management was really nice. The apartment was fantastic. No shampoo etc. We had been rolocated to this hotel after our apartment owner who told us to contact him upon arrival wouldn't pick up the phone for us nor hotels.com. we love booking with hotels.com for reasons like this they completely took care of us. Better to book an apartment with a front desk I've discouvered as planes can be delayed.

The location is fantastic. Really central, close to several metro, bus and trams, in a side street so not too noisy but close to bars and restaurants. The room we had was essentially a bed sit ie one room that was bedroom, kitchen, lounge and dining with seperate bathroom and toilet. Front desk was helpful

Location is great. Apt is spacious and bright. Host was generous and allowed early check in. Dry towels we're in the washer. We are not sure if they were cleaned or not. They do not provide bath soap or shampoo. Washer instructions are not posted in English. If they had looked after these small details, I would have given them excellent rating

Great, quiet location
Heating is good, air- conditioning could be improved. Kitchen is well equipped, fridge is decent sized (not mini-bar). Quiet area, with courtyard. 7 minutes walk to nearest train station which is very convenient. Would stay again!

Great place, perfect location. Apartments are nice and clean. Only complaint is that it is written that they have 24/ 7 shuttle service which isnt true. They call a taxi for you. I don't feel like this is a shuttle...but overall very very happy

Good locations. The neighbourhood was really fun, but if you want a quite sleep I recommend staying somewhere else - it can get loud at night. The room itself could benefit from some repairs and the wifi was very weak.

It's aweful how this place is noisy. There was almost no difference between an opened or closed window. People smoked in the hallway and the smoke got into the apartment.

The pros: - Great location. - Many of the staff are great. - Clean, colorful, and comfortable room. - Location is good. Walkable to all kinds of places, and with the 16 bus and M3 nearby, easy to get to places a little further away. The cons: - Power cut after turning the lights off and no help after 15 minutes of darkness. After that time, the phone number tells me to go fix the circuit breakers myself. - A request for a single extra towel flatly refused. After a question on how to best handle the situation, no advice given. - The shower head mount was fixed to the wall, not flexible, and broken. This meant that the only way for one to use the shower is to have the jet aimed high and horizontally at the curtain or to hold it the entire time. - Mixed messaging over the 'welcome drink'. The receptionist said that I could get a complimentary welcome drink (very nice!) and suggested I try the palinka. Upon getting to the bar, they wanted to charge for the palinka (albeit less than normal). Overall, OK but could have been better.

The hotel was probably fine, but we were there in a heat-wave and there's no A/C, so it was quite uncomfortable. It's well located and the staff were friendly, but the beds were not the greatest and there was no A/C during a heatwave, so.. mediocre experience.

Great location, we could walk everywhere. Yet our room was on a quiet courtyard with a small balcony. We felt that we were really a part of the neighborhood, able to do laundry and go to a nearby bakery for croissants. Two problems easily remedied - there was clothing in the washing machine and the shower hose was broken.

The room was clean had a full kitchen, tv worked but only had 1 channel in English which was ok only watched a few minutes before bed. Small working elevator. One tip: Google the address before leaving home and look at location as you might walk by and not see it. I did not have an issue finding it but others might especially after a long day of travelling.
