The pros:
- Great location.
- Many of the staff are great.
- Clean, colorful, and comfortable room.
- Location is good. Walkable to all kinds of places, and with the 16 bus and M3 nearby, easy to get to places a little further away.
The cons:
- Power cut after turning the lights off and no help after 15 minutes of darkness. After that time, the phone number tells me to go fix the circuit breakers myself.
- A request for a single extra towel flatly refused. After a question on how to best handle the situation, no advice given.
- The shower head mount was fixed to the wall, not flexible, and broken. This meant that the only way for one to use the shower is to have the jet aimed high and horizontally at the curtain or to hold it the entire time.
- Mixed messaging over the 'welcome drink'. The receptionist said that I could get a complimentary welcome drink (very nice!) and suggested I try the palinka. Upon getting to the bar, they wanted to charge for the palinka (albeit less than normal).
Overall, OK but could have been better.
