“L'hôtel est très récent, moderne et propre. Les chambres sont belles et les lits confortables. Seul bémol, nous n'avons pas trouvé que la nourriture du restaurant bistro de l'hôtel était très bonne. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone portuaire un peu éloigné du centre de Venise mais heureusement qu'il y a le tronchetto (train aérien) pour nous transporter vers l'entrée de Venise (Piazzale Roma).”

I had provided all guest details well in advance, so I didn’t think it was necessary to specifically mention that we planned to use the sofa bed. However, upon arrival, we found that no bedding had been prepared for it. We checked in at 11 p.m., and only then realized the issue. Unfortunately, neither phone calls nor text……

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!”

“We found this to be a great location for our daily excursions. Our room overlooked a canal and had taxi and bus stops right outside. We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Venice and felt we were in the pulse of the city. We loved waking to the sounds of the city coming alive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Rakesh was very helpful and even completed a video call when we were arriving tired and in the rain to help us get to the property. He was responsive during pre-arrival contact……

“We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. It was also easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, it was only a 10 min walk from the drop off. The shower was nice and steamy with great pressure. No hidden fees or……

“A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? ”

“A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see……
