Location, Location, Location!

Posted Sep 11, 2017
If you visiting Rom for a few days this hotel is situated perfectly, with most of the main attractions within 15-20 minutes walk and very close the Termini to get across to the Vatican. The hotel was basic and clean with friendly staff and a mini bar that was reasonably priced. Most reviews on here say that the bathroom is too small, I would say the bathroom is adequate however the shower is a little "snug". The only disappointing parts were the breakfast and the noise at night. The hotel is situated on a main road and with our room facing the front of the hotel the noise at night kept us awake a couple of nights, despite the 3 shutters. Overall though a good price for the hotel and its location a central based - lets be honest with the beauty hat is all over Rome the hotel is not all you come for!!

Great hotel, great location

Hotel Doria was great. We stayed 5 nights and never had a problem. The hotel is a 8mins walk to Roma Termini, and located perfectly. Breakfast was good, and allowed us to save some money on food. The staff is very nice. Overall great experience.

위치 편리하고 괜찮은데 이태리인직원은 좀 불친절하고 다소 오래된 건물이라 냄새가 나지만 전반적으로는 만족합니다

Hotel in Rome

Posted May 25, 2017 on Hotels
Hotel location was within walking distance of train station. Front desk was very helpful. Elevator was tiny and only one person can ride at one time. It was hard to find from the street because hotel sign wasn't visible. Water in the shower keeps turning from hot to cold so you have to keep adjusting the valve. Hotel served free breakfast on the 5th floor which was nice.

Cute, conservative, rooftop breakfast

Very nice and cute conservative hotel with a rooftop breakfast terrace. Get ready to be awaken at 9am daily by maids cleaning other rooms and talking loud in the corridor.

OK for motorists. And that's it.

The hotel is suitable for a person visiting Rome by driving. Parking lot is not close from the hotel and they handle several premium vehicles. Connection to the toruist sights is good, too. You can walk to Colosseum and Foro Romano. It will take about 15 minutes for you. But please do not expect very nice breakfast. It is OK, but I would not say 'good.'

Short 2 day transitory stay on the way out of Italy. Small clean room in a hotel located easy 7-10 minute walk from Termini station. Located across from Santa Maria Maggiore, neighborhood is pretty good, and quite after dark. Recommend for travelers who don't need the extra of American style hotels. Breakfast was a B+.
